GuestPass is a terrific idea. I love the concept. I just started following you on TikTok, and I have to say thank you. The info and motivation you put out there has lit a fire under me once again to rebuild my 40 year old body and start living it to the fullest again. Thank you. The gym I use is Lynn’s US Gym in Corpus Christi, TX. It has been around since 1986, and it has a great vibe to it in my opinion. Definitely not the biggest gym around, but great people and a great feel. Thanks again for the motivation my friend!

Bro we have so many crazy gyms coming. 15 from Japan we did! Fusion has four locations right now and we’ve filmed 3 of them. I think they’re going to try and expand a lot of the next few years but that’s just a feeling I have

Definitely an amazing idea here, and this gym is definitely way more insane than the one I go to 😅 as far as recommendations go, the only one I can recommend is the one I've been going to and the only one I have really been too, which is 1st Place Fitness in Ardmore, AL. Just like the town itself, it's a rather small gym. But some of the people who go there are super nice, the owner is a great dude, and it has all the equipment I could need. That said, I have heard amazing things about Phaze 3 Fitness in Madison, AL which would probably be more fitting of an episode. Anyway, great video and definitely love the positivity you spread in the gym community.

As someone who has travelled the world all my life, and been to more gyms in more countries than I can count, what I can say is.......... You don't need much to get a full body workout. A few bars, a few plates, a few dumbells, that's it. Stay focused because sometimes more does not equal better.

I'm a college student so my favorite gym has to be the gym at University of Houston. It's just convenient to get in a quick lift in between classes, plus the people there are pretty cool and down to earth. I wouldn't be surprised if I've made a new friend there every time I've gone to hit a lift LOL I also significantly appreciate your advice, you've helped me feel better about my bicep genetics which has been a long time insecurity of mine, so thank you.

“The weight room” in Rapid City, South Dakota. It’s an old school meat head feel of a gym! Great vibe. You could include it in a trip and see Mount Rushmore easily (about 30min from Rapid City).

Theres a gym in my country which is about 1/4th of this and its the biggest in the region,plus it had a sauna and like a baby daycare. The first time i went there it felt nuts, cant even fathom how more insane this would be

If you ever get to Tennessee again, there’s a gym in west Tennessee owned by a friend of mine. It’s called Total Fitness. It’s kinda small town but has really developed in the 12 years it’s been open. They offer quite a bit between. Supps, meals, massage therapy, and more

You gotta check out Warhouse Gym in San Antonio, TX. It's just an old warehouse converted to a modern old school style warehouse style gym. No AC, mirrors everywhere, great lighting. These guys make some of their own machines!! It's about 3 hours from where I'm located, but anytime we're the area we hit it up!

Bro. You’ve gotta check out Roman Empire Gym in League City, TX. Very similar vibe to this gym! Aztec Athletics in Manvel is good if you want a small, family owned vibe but it’s a warehouse so it’s much much smaller.

I'm a college student so my favorite gym has to be the gym at University of Houston. It's just convenient to get in a quick lift in between classes, plus the people there are pretty cool and down to earth. I wouldn't be surprised if I've made a new friend there every time I've gone to hit a lift LOL

If you ever get to Tennessee again, there’s a gym in west Tennessee owned by a friend of mine. It’s called Total Fitness. It’s kinda small town but has really developed in the 12 years it’s been open. They offer quite a bit between. Supps, meals, massage therapy, and more

You gotta check out Warhouse Gym in San Antonio, TX. It's just an old warehouse converted to a modern old school style warehouse style gym. No AC, mirrors everywhere, great lighting. These guys make some of their own machines!! It's about 3 hours from where I'm located, but anytime we're the area we hit it up!

Bro. You’ve gotta check out Roman Empire Gym in League City, TX. Very similar vibe to this gym! Aztec Athletics in Manvel is good if you want a small, family owned vibe but it’s a warehouse so it’s much much smaller.
