i took a break from this campaign after playing through missions 1-3 over and over for a week and not getting access to mage guild regen or a parchment from the ivory tower, which can apparently run out of parchment drops after many in game months of being farmed at its roughly 6 week spawn timer... i know u can win without regen but its fun to do things other then maxing all the combat skills every campaign
i was looking for some ful campain video for heros 4. there are alot for heroes3. but not a single for heroes4. tonight is my lucky one 'cos i found 2 differant one you and someone else. please play and load all campains. this writing notes thing is good but you can talk in the video its easier to watch then. it is not neccessary though. but please continue.
i play this campaign in champion to try demonologist power. it seems. it is really tough. gaudoth always die. is caster not a good strategy in campaign? combat feels weak in non campaign. is demonologist actually bad?
If the enemy hero is killed, they are resurrected at the city temple after the victory, then still take over the city. If you kill enemy creatures, they aren't resurrected after the battle, so their army is weakened.
@@gammadragon2 Hmm. That's very weird. I played once. I won that siege battle but my hero was killed and only my creatures were left so i couldn't take the city and have to detour back to my city. At that time, it was bad, very bad because the creature i had left in my company is the Venom spawn and it is very slow moving on adventure map.
as for this one i played this once not on champion mode. i didn't bother to get a peace song wasp swamp kind of spell. it cost me the last battle of te last campain. i get pissed. didn't play the campain again. i really wonder the end video and such please dont skip them.
Mostly because I know I'm going to win the fight regardless and running straight up to the enemy tends to speed up the fights. It's usually better strategy to use ranged attacks first, but there are times when it makes little difference and just slows things down.
The Chaos campaign is one of the hardest - planning to get to that eventually, possibly after the Might campaign. I like the stories too, but if you want to follow it in the video I'd recommend you pause it when the text appears. I scroll all the way through so that everything appears in the video. I don't do voice commentary because I don't like the sound of my own voice and it's hard to change once the video is uploaded. I can add suggestions to the annotations.
the stories may be boring for you but they make the game like watcin or reading a fantasy movie or book. better let us read them all. and one last thing.

Guys i got the sword but i still cant pass the second gate in world below. Am i missing something?

why at 1:06:23 when you enter the gate that asks for 8 bone dragons, you are able to walk through with just 4?
From memory it's a bug in the level script. It only takes 4 bone dragons even though it says 8.

I have been thinking. Why didn't you kill the hero?
If you kill the hero then even if the enemies win, they can not take over the city.

Why do you always engage enemies in melee instead of ranging them even though you don't have levels in melee and actually do in ranged?

Oh, makes sense :D I'm just not used that you're playing without equilibris, it changes the amount of defence hero receives from combat
