This made me so happy. I have tried to make shadow priest work for so long, and to see a functioning one at rank 5... just brought a tear to my eye.

+silvsilvsilv Yeah, I imagine that game would have gone very differently if the Shadowforms had been sat nearer the bottom of the deck. Honestly, I'm surprised the deck didn't have Jeweled Scarabs, just to make the Shadowform more consistent XD

GerbilProphet He played at most 3 or 4 different cards: Harrison, Garrison Commander, and we didn't see him cast a Holy Fire (like in Senfglas' deck). I'm sorry, but in my opinion that still falls under netdecking.

Fiuz Onyxia's is easy to replace because she dosent do anything specific specific, shes just a hunk of value and another dragon activator. Any of the big dragons, but i reckon Alexstraza or Neffarian would do it best

+David Dobarganes Yeah but he had 17 dmg from nightmere, gromash and taskmaster, the right play was to wait for weapons, and try to get him to 21hp(20hp)... The point is he surrendered way too early.

He should have gone face with onyxia and played the dragon...
This video is just depressing now. I used to think we could play Wild forever with all our favourite old cards and decks. But both Brian's deck and the opponent's deck would struggle to even get out of rank 25 these days.

EDIT: Not legend YET, but usually r3 w/mainly priest after getting more serious over past 3 seasons (just golden priest):
Renoform is a nice deck & I've been OBSESSED with making at least a tier 2 strength one, but ironically it's HORRIBLE vs other priest decks like dragon and control. Don't even get me started on combo decks (hint: keep Reno if possible). It is however autowin against warrior & super strong against Renolock so to be honest I'm not really too "impressed" about the vid since that's just how that matchup naturally works. It's like a tier 3 deck in all honesty...but I'd like to see that change.
Shadow Priest/Renoform is almosttttt there...just need a couple more cards. It has huge potential. If you're seeing nothing except warrior, Renoform is your pick ;)

Ugh this is what I hate though about Hearthstone though. Someone plays a deck that isn't one of the three currently in the meta and everyone thinks it's amazing. Why can't the game be balanced to the point where everyone at this rank is playing different varied decks? It sucks.

Evanz111! big fan. Also, would be nice but just like WoW theres always going to be fluctuating best classes will be different next expansion or nerf and always changing it's near impossible to keep everything balanced always saddly.
+Evanz111 The only way to do that would be to have crazy amounts of RNG cards, or make cards so powerful games only last four/five turns, ala Yu-Gi-Oh.

I go back to this video every so often. Such a fun game and reminds me of the Hearthstone glory days
So after seeing this I got real curious how this deck handles current meta, and its oddly good. it struggles a bit with draw, but gets away with it due to insane control style. and thanks to Harrison, this deck wrecks face/tempo Shaman's with their OP Doom Hammers. Tried it out briefly just now & went 3-0. (vs priest, mech mage, face shaman). this deck is really powerful in the hands of an experienced player that thinks out every turn. I took a educated guess at what the missing cards are based on some research & intuition, so here's my finished version:

Shadow priest deck honestly sucks cause it trys to be a tempo deck. Its good against about warrior and zoo hunter decks. Completely sucks against mage, paladin, druid and shamen. Mage has better tempo control and freeze mage on its own can just stack fire balls, frost shocks ect while lowering the mana cost with emp which means they can end up hitting you for 30 damage and shadow priest cards our to weak to really kill you before than plus you gotta consider things like doomslayer, ice block and ice barrier.
Paladin decks can simply hold tempo. And cards with like divine shield make it so a lot of the effects of a shadow priest are useless. Aggro rush paladin could have a hard time .
Druid just have tough cards which can make it quite hard to kill.
Shamen now can easily destory most decks, with that 1/3 who gets attack everytime you over load. 2 Lava burst can easily clear a board or deal massive damage. Crackle and other spells they have can hit you directly and since priest can't heal easily once in shadow form it don't take much to take one out. Rockbitter + windfurry hammer is a easy 10 damage by turn 6 if you have the combo already. And you gotta consider they keep constant tempo or try to while stacking spells.
Reason you lost honestly was just simply you made bad tempo plays that just got destoryed instantly. Also this deck he made i believe is to counter warriors cause warriors can be annoying for priest rather that be control or grim. The other reason you lost btw cause you have to big of cards in your deck which makes your tempo pretty horrible. You try stacking armor but if you lose tempo you lose.
Honestly you should watch trump play sometimes cause the biggest thing he taught me was how important tempo is. Tempo is pretty much is what will win a game. And you lost your tempo when you decided to not swing your axe at his deathlord and waiting that one turn. Cause you ended up wasting another turn just trying to kill it, and on top of it pain was giving him cards and you gave him like a draw 3 pretty much for free.
Thing is with pain if your not a mill deck don't give them cards, 1 is okay but after that they get so much value your pretty much just gonna lose. He stacked his hand, and shadow priest is more like a control priest and cause you gave him cards allowed him to always have answers for what ever you played.
I am only giving you criticism to help you out against shadow priest you play in the future cause honestly their really not that good, probably one of the weaker decks i think.
I really hope, one day, to battle against the "murloc" opponent or something like that. Every single time I wait for the wheel to stop, I hope this time it doesn't stop on "worthy opponent". But it's rigged D: My life is so sad. I really wanna win against a guy tagged "Starcraft Pro" :3
