I once saw a white-woods toy box centur-ion build of this deck, legitimately so cool. The white woods guys allow for more variety with synchro plays, and can send the set guys from toy box. Toy soldier can search a light spellcaster, which both white woods and centur-ion have. Absolutley crazy deck
@@Bob12649 It is the optimal build for White woods, not centurion. White woods cent has a very big issue in which while it has a higher endboard, it is essentially a youtube combo deck cause it dies extremely hard to any handtraps. Most cent players dropped it pretty fast.

Then link into Rage and set Escape before continuing your combo. Overall goal is Rage + Escape, Mach (one sided macro) and Motordrome or negate.
Konami’s strategy of releasing the game with every deck being low rarity to get us addicted, and then making every good deck 80% UR & slashing UR pull rates was genius. Basically cardboard crack dealers.
That’s why I think it’s really good as a side engine, but not for your normal summon. Like oath and stand-up are amazing cards. And you can do full lines off of just those cards, better to leave them open and have the NS engine be something different.
Its not super expensive imo. You need 8 in archtype URs (6 in main, 2 ED). And if you consider Centurion as an engine in something like mannadium (or white woods eventually) you only need 5 (3x emblema, 1x primera, 1x auxilla) and you can completely omit legatia since you're just going into Crimson most of the time. The whole selection pack is definitely super worth pulling for both decks
Ive been playing it with superheavys, where the shs combo is making tilting entrainment to resummon wakaushi and make auxilla while setting scales, and its been pretty fun

I play without using the Crimson Dragon crap at all and it's usable I'd say. Like it plays through Maxx "C" well enough and everything. It REALLY does need some kind of side engine to work with though and I found "Branded Synchro" (Bystials and the Albaz related Light Tuners) to be the best option based on what I'm used to playing. It helps that Synchro 10s(especially Chaos Angel and Dis Pater) are LEAGUES better than any of the Synchro 12s, though hard making Rank 12s leads to some amusing options, like a pre-Battle Phase Zeus(or more likely Seven Sins into Zeus) or a TY-PHON that doesn't restrict your Special Summons. I'd say it's marginally better than trying to play Branded Synchro with the usual Fusion stuff, but probably not as great as "pure" Branded, and Bystials limit your hand trap options(at least Golden Swordsoul can stuff attacks, and that's a non-HOPT effect that summons itself to throw in a surprise Quick Synchro option if you have Etude or Stand Up waiting to be used, and Iris as a backup extender if an opponent wastes an Inperm or Veiler on Primera is pretty funny).
Weird thing. But seeing two 3500 monsters on board made me feel the same way watching Snake-Eyes play through 3 handtraps does. Which means I could feel the powercreep in my bones.
Man I felt that pack opening, I spent SO LONG trying to get the game to give me the URs for Red Dragon Archfiend when it's support released. So many 10 pulls and half of them either gave 1 UR (that wasn't an RDA one) or none at all, so it took me forever to even craft them.
Adding Centurion cards to my Resonator/RDA deck has been v fun. Even without Calamity they synergize quite well and it helps with playing through interruption a fair bit
selection packs are *all* a scam. there's so many goddamn cards in them that getting urs, let alone getting the urs you want, genuinely feels like an ordeal
Secrets aren't better, 50% of ultra being literally any on the game and even if you pull 1 featured most secret packs are dual archetype when you are aiming Just for one
The recent selection with snake eyes/diabellestar, adventure and p.u.n.k is really good, 3 really good engines and two of them could be use as their own deck, with two good handtraps as veiler and gamma and even the adventure engine (wich is mostly n/r so no big thing but still a pretty good pack). With 8k gems and some crafts a build a punk and punk gold pride deck, have full adventure engine, almost full snake eyes core 1 veiler and 2 gamma + dust obviously
Selection packs are arguably the best packs you can get. But you need to be smart about it. I only invest in meta packs if they have an engine I want to invest in or if they have cards that will 1000% get nerfed like the Kashtira and the Diabellstar selection pack. That one was so much free UR that it was worth pulling multiples of those URs.
Mbt idk if u kow this but there is a bug wth the game that messes with packs and gives you terrible oprnings . So before you ever open packs make sure to close the game and re open it.
I tried different versions of Centur-Ion, and the moment I started the Primera / Trudea combo, it was an Insta-scoop. And I wasn't even on Ranked... How do you expect someone to learn a deck when they can't practice?
You only have 12 hours in Balatro? I bought the game because it looked fun when you first tried it. I finally got a win in Gold Stake. It only took me 100 hours. Worth it.

Is Centurion really expensive by MD standards? Like, 6 UR on the Main and 2/3 Extra Deck UR. There is quite a bit of URs on the extra, but most of it isn't really Centurion stuff, mostly generic synchros and links with two or three specific cards that you usually wouldn't use in other decks (Crimson Dragon, Red Supernova Dragon and Cosmic Blazar Dragon). I wouldn't call it cheap, but I think that decks like Labrynth, Kash and Branded are more suitable examples of expensive decks.

That's why I put in the Almiraj and feed it to the Bystials. Really feels like the Bystials engine is the actual main deck half the time.
