Nice content mate, I really love lever machines like this awesome classic and how you can improve them to make them more consistent when making espresso!
I have this machine with almost the same mods. One thing that changed everithyng was a pressure valve on the piston. Now i can make 6 bar shots or even 3 bar with precision
So the reason the microfoam is not so ideal it’s because of the low steam pressure? If that’s the case, is there a way to mod the pstat to reach 1.1-1.3 bar region (standard pro machine)?
The great thing about lever machines like this is you have grind finer and as a result you extract more, my dream is to get a spring lever Londinium Vectis machine simply because I cannot afford an Olympia Cremina spring lever as its twice the price!

Also i do not have any problem steaming with it. Is very different from your normal 2 or 3 bar steam wand tho

The Vectis does look nice!
I'm a long time viewer of your content on Tom's Coffee Corner. I didn't know you had this channel... did you upload this video to the wrong channel 😆?
Lol, no it was intentional. This is a shorter review. The full one to be released soon enough on TCC. Cheers!
