Yeah I'm going to get my wish machine gear going now so it will be interesting to see hoe it goes with the psi from that. But yeah it sucks that the only other burn option really is the lmg and sad that we can't roll this sniper to get it at least purple
@HOD Me again, I'm running a Fortress/Shrapnel build with the AWS and MPS7. 6 Shots from empty with the AWS and 45 with the MP7, I let the game reload. Tungsten Ammo as I have a passive acid farm and also the Sulfur Chemist specialisation. I got precision refining early so +30% in or and -30% in time (don't forget the flame essence frog). I also use canned luncheon meat +40 stamina (also have mini cannery specialisation +1 for every one), Ice Tea for +25% roll speed and +20% speed for 2 seconds as I usual roll on an empty mag (MP7). Next season will be great as we get to keep all our blueprints (Tiers Included), blueprint fragments, weapon accessories and mods (see Season Inheritance).
Hey I know i'm necroing this post but if I may ask, Way of Winter just came out, do you think the RUNE BOOTS would be better for the BBQ GLOVES? Cuz u have like 40 seconds buff for the runes that gives 30% status or blaze dmg(i forgot) and u can have maximum of 4 runes. What do you think?
Really wanna try a dual fury build with the gloves that gives you more damage while on fire and the mask mod for more crit damage on burning enemies. Direct damage build with bonus burn. Might be bad but hope it's good. Also about not unlocking blueprints in case you wanna upgrade some. I'd say in the long run, unlocking is more important. Cause we don't know how balance will look down the road or if sets gets changed. We also don't know if open world weapons and sets will be the same next season in the other area right? So in that case, having all options possible unlocked now would be a really good thing for next season. As far as I know at least... I don't think we'll be in the same place next time and I would say that means new open world things no?
What I did for Boss run, I use thermite or Molotov with that one cradle that does 25% damage more if you use a tactical on the boss and since molotov or thremite burns enemy you just go to town with the burn dmg stack already. Stack that with Whimsical(optional) and shellfish food buff. And with the Pryo deviant. Dude... You just melt the boss. What I hate though, when I run ravenous when you drop 2 bars from him, he does a dumb event that you gotta kill the small monseter and 2 elite first. And sometimes you burn him down so fast, he just becomes immune for a good 10 second and then he transition to that phase. I wished, he still took damage lol This build for PVE is strong as fuck. Burn is strong.
Im Running a minmaxed version of your build with the lmg for adds and the double barrel shotgun for boss dmg with max enhanced goldmods. It exceeds Anny damage I’ve come across in groupplay by far.
sorry to burst your bubble but then you havent come across any of the strong builds. burn sadly is the second lowest dps in endgame just after bounce. everything else just blasts past those.
@@jinkxy2370 30k sounds about right against the manikin but I can’t deal deviant dmg and I can’t deal multitaget dmg against it I can boost my dmg above + 80% dmg for 50 seconds and that’s without buff food or tungsten ammo. But both the boom boom and the fury are still one star and have my gear too so we will see (800) psi currently
HOD i have been occasionally watching your ark vids for like 10 years it feels like but probably less, I have 15k hrs and won hof on mts like 5 times, known abt u for awhile. I saw you were playing OH and so am I. I posted a video on raiding/pvp in Once Human and in the description I went into more detail on what should be changed. You can get them in any silo just play hard mode or pro if you can handle it. You can see which mods they will drop before you go in if you check the more details tab in map for each silo. Bosses drop weapon mods you can check the same way
Only thing i dislike is the boss you have to farm on hardmode, the ravenous hunter is thee most boring fight ever. Just because the fact that you HAVE to destroy the machine gun arm before you can even dps him and then the mob phase and then repeat all 3 again.
Dont be mislead by the video, burn builds have absurdly bad TTK, and they're not worth using. The Boom Boom has an 18% chance to apply 1 stack at 500rpm and the Crank is even worse than that. Even min maxed these guns are absolutely not worth investing into.
I’m on a new server pve 00070 I’ve spent my past 100 hours making a burn build and can confirm this one is not that good compared to mine and I use the AK/sniper and pyro pet combo I’ve hit up to 11.4k with AK.
Mine was hitting 20k dps what do you mean did you watch? Or do you mean burn ticks? Because the test dummy doesn't account for the buffs from all the adds etc. Did you build much different? Mods etc? And this is no wish gear so with wish gear psi would be easy. What's your dps on dummy?
@@presets9938 Bit of a ego trip my man. I’d have to say cap on that. 1.5m-2M would burn a boss in literally instantly. Which makes no since if your getting a total of 500-600k. 500-600k I believe is what people typically get on a 20k dps setup which is the standard for a good build if not only a hair lower. Could always post your own vid of as well as proof.

I’d be willing to see a video breakdown, clip, stream or whatever. Does not even need commentary and I mean everything no just a single screenshot or anything like that. I just have not heard anywhere of burn being like that. Shrapnel and surge seem to be the Meta at least for PvE with frost probably right after that. Higher end of the dps being 60-80k.
tbh having bosses that are immune to entire damage types when the game expects you to focus on one and most likely not have an easy time getting more item sets is not the best design I've seen in gaming. Hope they change it.
I find it to be a unique and cool feature forces you to switch up your build so your not stuck.with the same cheese every time past that the change they should make For You since your a complainer lol is adding perks like Destiny 2 that can "break" that immunity barrier and can do damage for so long before they become immune again, but I find this game perfect how it is so Womp Womp

Then if you followed up what this build could lead too it would had been even better. Also if you like off meta you would had spent those Starcrom and not held on to it. I spent all my starcrom on the shitty burn build and it is shitty lol. Drifter glove is probably the way to go and not the BBQ or Hardy Glove which are the two spec I have completed.

Today we test a new burn build combo I've been working on that is cheap and burns bosses and you can get it VERY early without using the wish machine.

It will but you need to get the Calibration to make your mag bigger do you don't drop the bonuses too often with reload

@@HOD May I suggest you include a thermite grenade (2579 +100%Psi) and sticks to the skin of the target dealing continuous DMG and Burn.

looks like a nice build, how does it stack up in pvp compared to others builds?
Thanks it's good so far, but takes a bit to warm up to get the psi up. So surge is still better for element pvp build
1 question ...can u get the legendary flame mods ..like "flame resonance" for example .... without playing Lea labs? ...or can u just get them there ?

For pvp they are bad but for bosses they are fne but yeah takes time to get burn damage up so for sure it's slower to start

Yeah burn takes a lot to warm up surge is probably better but it's a good enough entry into end game without spending starcrome
