I want to be this person, I want to have a TH-cam channel and wake up early, spend time with God and work out, eat a healthy meal and dress up but my job LITERALLY drains me..I’m doing 5 peoples job all by myself and I barely have energy to wash my hair or do my own household chores, let alone making time to see family..if you’ve been through this..please give me advice, I literally can’t handle this anymore🥺💔
I’ve been there! Start with just one thing that you can add in. Whether it be cooking or working out. Both will help you have more energy and give you a little bit of a mental break. You can’t give out of an empty cup🤍

I used to have a great morning routine, (I thank maya for that) I would exercise and have time to myself. But then I had surgery for my appendix and my whole routine went through the window, this video helped, maybe it’ll do something for me.

May be you should not use phone in the morning and get things done at a reasonable time. That i realised in a hard way 😩

You could also do some things the bight before. When I used to have to get up at 5am, I did alot the night b4: put out my clothes, pack my lunch, etc.
it might help you if you schedule your morning out, for example:
6:00 wake up wash face
6:10 eat breakfast
6:30 get dressed
