I definitely need to visit that island one day. I don’t drink but those drinks look good. What are these called again? You guys are great!!
We did the zipline and coaster in Labadee in 2017 when we went on our first cruise to celebrate my husband 2 year survival from a heart attack at age 41 and thus celebrating our change of healthier lifestyle. Still one of my most favorite memories thus far!

Haiti is very beautiful. I just returned from a trip there last month to Jeremie in the Department Grand Anse. Anse d'Azure beach was amazing! Only five other people on the beach when I was there. Here in the USA, all they show on TV is the slums, crime, and trash in Port-au-Prince. But once you get out of PAP and into the "Provences" (technically called "Departments" which are like States here in the USA) the vibes become very chill.
I highly recommend more Americans consider visiting Haiti. Best spot in my opinion for Americans looking for a Caribbean vacation is Port Salute in the South west Department of Sud. A nice day trip is to go north up the coast to Port-a-Piment to visit Grotte Marie Jean (a giant cave/ grotto). And by giant I mean giant (look up photos of it). Supposedly there used to be raves/EDM concerts held in the cave back in the day.
Fun fact, the south west coast of Haiti is only 40 miles away from the USA...Navassa island.

What an absolute stunning view. Thank you guys for allowing me to watch my dreams as I one day hope to be on that very same beach, or even to some of the places you guys have been before. Coming from New Zealand requires a lot of saving, as the cost of flights etc are expensive. A trip for four would cost us $17k approx that includes the cruise. USA is so lucky to have the options like you guys experience. Anyway, look forward to your next adventure

@@GriffandAlyssa Yes. We've done the zip line a couple of times. I'm a percussionist and the group playing the instruments on the beach allowed me to play the bongos with them.We had a crowd going and had a blast.
