I prefer WoWS much more if compared with WoT, lots of OP ships are no longer available for sale. Upgrades/equipment on low-tier ships is limited, free 6th sense, 1-time signal flags instead of 1-hour personal reserve, Narai farming instead of waiting for 1:40, some ships are bad but never as bad as 25TP, some are powerful but not as OP as Luch.

Thats what you get when you are so used to shoot premium rounds at everything you want that the "average" penetration for a T8 heavy is no longer 220mm, but 260mm for you.
For regular players who can't afford that amount of premium ammunition or who refuse to use it because its imbalanced (like me), well... we look at this thinking "nice, the weakest part of this tanks frontal armor is, when angled properly, about 220mm... great. Fuck you, balancing."
Y i forced my way through JgE100 and E50M, realizing the JgE100 is just getting lolpenned from even t8 through superstructure. Didnt even bothered to buy the E50M, just used the top of the tree event to unlock it. Guess soviet is the way to go after all.
Exactly my thoughts. QB calls defender OP I wonder what he will have to say about this tank. Me playing in my VK100.01 (P) which I thought was OP armour wise and here QB calls 200mm lower plate horrific. I should just uninstall this game or spend all my money on it.

@Herr Denker only if you try and double shot all the time. its auto reloader is unique in that its reload for the second shell is the same as the first. basically its a decently armored heavy that can finish off lower health tanks if both barrels are loaded.
I guess you can fire 780 after 3 seconds of preparing, and if you're lucky enough to hit it then you are free to reload for 30 seconds. No thanks.

I'd also like to see the Char and the Churchill get to use their hull mounted guns, especially the low tier french since it was a big derpy 75mm howitzer that was MEANT to be the main AT gun and not the piddly little 47mm in the turret IIRC.
I want to see the m3 lee/grant have this feature by allowing the top 37mm in the "turret" to work

@@BikerFlix77 Thanks! Saw it the first time but i thought it is the loading indicator. Had to rewind at 23:36 to see the loading graphics.
- when your double-shot had one of them go into the rock, you could see that half of your reticle was not a full line meaning one of your gun did not have a line of sight. This is not mentionned by WG but clearly there is a mechanic to warn you when your double-shot is about to be wasted. Would be nice to mention it in your next video to warn new double-barrel players

@@toxicblaze_xd2407 A blueprint that doesn't take into account many things, it is imposible to fit the two gun mounts in a turret of that size, no further reduction ocurred in the real world, you also need to fit two loaders inside the tank, they probably will need to be hobbits.
There is a reason things like this only reached the state of dreams, completely unreliable ideas. It is almost as stupid as rubber wheels bouncing shots, this is an arcade game all the way.

It is getting destroyed by the HE changes coming, the crew 2.0 idiocy and then the cutting down of lower tier tech-tree. They will ruin the game by spring 2020 and I will be gone after 8 years.

First, let me commend QB for his dedication to get the Object 703 II to review for us. I was almost as nervous as he seemed to be watching the loot box opening video. I have to say the double barreled heavy tank idea really disturbs me. I think this type of tank belongs in a Sci-Fi game. The 703 is the most unrealistic concept introduced into WoT since the ridiculous Japanese heavies (O-I, O-Ho and O-Ni) were added. My problems with the 703 II all revolve around physics and dimensions. If you have every been inside the turret of a real tank, you will realize that the majority of the space is consumed by the breach of the gun (note this is "gun" singular). A 122mm is a massive gun. Larger than the 105mm guns in the tanks I was associated with, and even larger than the 120mm main armament on current U.S. M1A2 tanks. There is no possible way that two of these weapons could be mounted as closely together as the ones modeled on the 703 II. There appears to be barely 2 bore diameters between them. That spacing should be at least 4 or 5 bore diameters. That would make the turret required to house them, much less the two loaders, a gunner and a commander, incredibly large. Now, to the ridiculous premise that any vehicle could actually survive the recoil force exerted by firing two 122mm guns simultaneously, I say "Ha!". There are documented test cases of experimental tanks sustaining damaged, mainly in the suspension, recoil mechanisms, and turret mountings by the firing of a single large caliber weapon. You would have to reinforce these components to such a degree to fire both weapons simultaneously that the vehicle would become prohibitively heavy. I won't even speculate on the ballistic complications of two large shells moving at 800 m/s through the air two bore diameter apart. I hate to think that, if the Frontline game mode returns, every knucklehead in it will have one of these atrocities. I guess I will have to learn to pick them apart with the more realistic tanks that I love. Thanks to QB for showing us the weak points.
Unfortunately the spectre of realism has long since been exorcised from this game. Wonderful technical dissertation, but let's be perfectly honest. Wargaming doesn't give a rat's ass about realism any more.
Wargaming never was going to make realistic tanks. I knew straight away from their dev diaries that the 703 II and other double-barreled arrivals aren't real except for the ST-II. Which Wargaming said was a project by the Soviets.
Imo, the ST-II looks to be the only vehicle with a turret large enough to mount two guns because it uses the ST-I's top turret which btw, is huge and a shell magnet. And the ST-I was a blueprint only tank meant for the 2nd world war.
Wait a minute... So you're telling me that 122mm is larger than 105mm and even larger than 120mm...... My God. You learn something new everyday. Its like the numbers mean something and aren't just thrown in front of millimeters. Crazy. Now that's math i can get behind.

The reticule show you if your second gun gonna go in the ennemy on in the rock, at 24:36, the left part is full and the right part is dotted, at 28:18, the both part are full

It's as much of a brawler as the IS-3A and while its armour is better, the IS-3A has much better DPM and can delete a tier 7 tank even faster than the 703 II (122). They're both situationally strong, but not really OP.

Tier 8 Heavy Russian Premium tank with a dmg potential of tier 10 TD... seams not broken at all...
This thing has 270 pen on gold, and if that is not enough, it has 530 x2 dmg on heat shells with 63 pen, meaning that even if somehow you won't pen - you still have 300 - 500 guaranteed dmg, no matter the armour thickness of a tank you are shooting at. And of course, it has "Russian" armour, meaning that frontally this thing will bounce pretty much everything, aside maybe from tier X TDs on gold, but even that is RNG. The only weak-spot is a tiny lower plate, that is pretty easy to hide.
The only tank I think it can be compared to is FV215b (183), reduced to tier 8. It has the same features: Huge Alpha dmg, capable of one-shots and armour that can bounce way too many shells. But unlike FV215b (183), this tank has "0" weak-spots on upper plate & turret.
The thing that hurts the most is that this tank in the most filthy P2W stuff has ever-pulled. Broken, horribly overpowered tank locked behind RNG-Pay-Wall. (loot-box).

The second point is a complete facepalm, KV-2 is basically dumbed down turreted flexible SU-152 it has huge alpha that is capable of one shots and it has troll armor Is that how i should complain? and the tank have a very small cupola on top of the tank and have you really see the weak lower plate? regarding the upper plate, its a heavy tank and yes the flat section on the driver should've been a weakspot but its not isnt that much big of a deal if most tank is like this for example Conqueror. Either pray that rng would hit that tiny weakspot or find another way to wipe em.
@@spotfleri5779 KV-2 has easy to pen turret (tier 5 or even some tier 4 TDs can do so). Similar for SU-152 - upper structure can be pened by lower tiers even with no gold.
But you see, KV-2 is going to be wrecked soon as WG is making global changes in heat shells. No more one-shots.

As a lucky Obj 703 player, how I play it :
- Playing it single shot when Im brawling for its DPM
- If I want to destroy more than 1 low health tanks I use the autoreloader mechanic
- If im sure that the shot will land and pen, and I will not be shooting something else soon after this, I use the double shot
I find myself using the double shot on higher tier vehicles, where every amount of damage counts
@@Flames2Live The problem with this is that your DPM goes extremely low by doing this
You got enough pen to still be able to pen tier X tanks
You end up doing more damage by brawling single shot than shooting both at the same time
This feature is good for finishing up targets if you are sure that you will not be rushed, or also if you are going to die, putting a huge shot before dying can be useful for your team
How dies it go extremely low? It's "only" 4 additional seconds to reload, it matters but it's not penalty big enough to call it extreme
@@d34thnote79 The fact is that you do your shot(3 seconds of charging your shot). Then there is 4 seconds before starting a 22 second of full reload.
So yeah its DPM becomes really low by only shooting like that.
I want to point out that the 3s charging isnt really an issue becouse your gun is still aiming while charging. My point is that you will be aiming around 3s anyway so technically you dont loose time while charging.
I bought this tank yesterday, and I love it, because it is im fact more OP than the Dedender and Progetto, it is not IS-3A, true, but I still love it! I don't have the Topgun, or Radley Walters yet, but I Hope to get one in the future. This tank is great!

Back in the days when tanks were good.
needs to be adjusted so RNG applies separately to each shot when fired together. Right now it seems they fire and travel as a single shell.
Tank has one of the best frontal armor at its tier.... are you seriously suprised that it does bounce stuff? Its lower plate is as strong as the Tiger II's upper plate! Its upper plate is basically bullet proof to everything with less than 280mm penetration, and even its side armor is a meaty 100mm with parts of it beeing angled... The turret is also not weak at all. No cupola, well rounded at the front with a huge gun mantled... When this thing hides its lower plate and faces you all you can do is retreat or load one of those "balanced" 330mm penetration HEAT rounds even in a T9 or T10 heavy tank...
In order to "balance" it it should have super-heavy mobility like the O-Ho or VK100 , maybe even nerfed gun handling. Or... like... a turret weak spot. Maybe make the turret roof 30mm thick so you can overmatch it. It is - again - one of those tanks at T8 where the "weak spot" is 200mm+ armor... -.-
Imagine fighting this with a IS-6 or a KV-5.

@@gokublack3231 I have an IS6. I load 50% gold 50% HE and I hope I'm not matched against an OP T8.
The upper plate eff armor is misleading as shown by QB. It shows to him that it's 240-280mm due to the gun shooting APCR. Against AP its more like 220-240, while the lower plate is around 170mm against AP.

Autoloaders are not op, they require skill. I see so many autoloader players just empty their entire clip no matter if they die for it. The FVs are just broken, but not overall op. They cant do shit in most games

@@ermirohri Skill? That tank drive almost 100kmh, only good skilled peoples can hit them, and ahen you hit him, you "track" him without damage, but he is still moving. That tank is almost unpenetrable from side. That tank can change direction so fast.

This thing... it is OP as all hell...
Upper front and turret appears to be nearly immune to damage from equal or lower tier opponents. Lower front is still reasonably reliable against equal tier meds and heavies.
Sides are your typical magical soviet thing.
The only true weakness is the rear... And this thing is reasonably mobile as far as heavies go - especially considering this level of protection and firepower.

I whole heartadly belive that wg made a big mistake bringing this tank in teir 10 ok i would be fine with that but it being teir 8 and a premium tank its face teir 7 hell even teir 6 tanks and its not even a fight wg needs to either bump the dam thing to teir 10 or get rid of it before this thing becoms another e25 and eberyone and theyre mother has it
Yeah, facing T8, T9, or T10 it actually feels balanced (for a Russian tank)
Against T6 or T7 it's absurd.
They should seriously consider limiting it to not see T6s.
+2/-1 MM would work for this thing really well.

i can't stand this tank. i wanted to love it but i hate everything about it. the weird lag you get when firing, the horrible accuracy... the weak armor etc. etc. etc.
Please don't put your chat up on your stream on sundays (or ever for that matter). It forces all the people who just want to enjoy your content like tv to read your chat - and that chat is so messy and unmoderated, it's not a good experience at all.
It 100% doesn't "make your stream more interactive". You, the streamer, have chat open in another window. You don't watch your own stream just to read chat while streaming. And the poeple who actually want to chat have it open. You are forcing all the people who don't want to participate in chat to read it! Please stop!
you can switch barrels without shooting,
1. hold down to fire both barrels.
2. let go of button before fireing.
3. it switches to other barrel

Tip for the getting the 703 (II) it's ammo rack is in between it's two first top track sprockets
Normal tank it's not fun, op tank it's fun and the 2 barrell op tank is super fun
