I get this error on Rust Public Test Branch but only when i try to connect to Building servers not on target practice servers.
I have tried everything formatting ps4 to factory settings n everything else on youtube or google.

Console overheating. Mine throws the code after 3 hours of use. It does it after downloading for hours. I got a new 2Tb Seagate Baracude internal drive. Thermal paste is bad on CPU, APU. Upgrade thermal pads on ram, and paste.

No I was fine doing it but when you do you need to restore ur license after system rebuild database
