Hi Lynn! I use a circle punch and post it notes. It works best if you put the post-it on card stock before punching out.

Aren't the post it notes only sticky at the tops ?

@@lynnheald3294 , you can buy post-it notes that are sticky all over! ♥️
But I often work with just the sticky on top ones.
