one solution can be to wake up really early at 4 AM, do your studies till you are called for household chores. Multi-task the chores, do it quickly , try to finish it in lesser time so that you save time. Record audio for your chores and listen to it while doing those chores to revise it. Schedule this kind of revision while doing these chores and do pure learning in the morning hours when no one is awake.
