About the game: Tom Clancy's The Division is an online-only open world third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Massive and published by Ubisoft, with assistance from Red Storm Entertainment, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It was announced during Ubisoft's E3 2013 press conference, and was released worldwide on 8 March 2016. The Division is set in a near future New York City in the aftermath of a smallpox pandemic; the player, who is an agent of the titular Strategic Homeland Division, commonly referred to as simply "The Division", is tasked with helping the group rebuild its operations in Manhattan, investigate the nature of the outbreak, and combating criminal activity in its wake. The Division is structured with elements of role-playing games, as well as collaborative and player versus player online multiplayer.

awesome bro someone who knows how to use the stedfast holster..speeds up the heal over time from predatory realy good or regeneration,nomads resolve any healing that takes time.honestly never seen anybody else other than myself use that holster in there hexo..gg bro..you know what up!! good run..

interesting build. i dont get the reason why you are using 1 Elec MOD, and why you dont use purple 4%DtE MOD. you can get another 20% DtE if you use those MODs.
Probably to have predatory (4790 stamina and 2874 elec) on his weapon since the stats are lower for non classy items? Thats my guess.

LEE3KFC I didn't have good DTE mods on this char and it was my first attempt with this build so I just equipped the mods to unlock predatory also to increase my survivability a bit more. That said feel free to use DTE mods instead.
@@MrD4iGO ok i see. thx for responding. last week and the week before last week, we could buy good DtE MODs from vendor. dont forget check vendors every week:)
