This is a story about the importance to tempter one’s training to have progressive progression but also to take breaks and rest. That if one rush to progress in training , one is only rushing to the hospital. A mirroring parable would be the man who want to learn martial arts asking how long does it take to master the skill. Monk replies 3 years. The man then follow up ;” what if I am talented, how much faster? ” Monk looks him in the eyes, holds up his hands 5 years.
Thank, it was actually a local media production hence, the great quality work. Yup! Our aim & hope is that people should understand training parkour should be an intrinsic motivation and betterment of oneself rather than to prove to anyone. the fall didn’t seem painful at all really, i mean if that was me it would hurt abit but i could get up easily cause all it did was just make 1 feet not land on top soo, seems unrealistic.
