I'm currently building a 65 Impala and your video inspired me to customize the seats similar to yours although in different colors. Mine didn't turn out quite as perfect as yours but I'm pleased with the outcome since this is just my 4th build after recently returning to modeling after 50 years. Thanks for your video!

Excellent tip. I’ve been using poster tacky for many purposes for a while. I have to try the Elmers orange tacky some time. Anyway, looking great. 😎👍🏾

Where do you get the brown tack. I can’t find it. I have tried Hobby Lobby and WalMart and Micheals

Good good deal Mark, I will absolutely try to remember that trick, sounds pretty good to me! What about the blue Loctite fun -tak, you ever use that? I have some of that myself and I’ve used it for other things on models and seems to work good, it pliable and have used it over and over, and like the Energizer Bunny, it’s still going! lol! I have not tried it for those crisp paint lines like you showed here, I’ll have to try it for that and see.. anyways, thanks buddy! Merry Christmas 🎄

Sam you may have to try another brand like " Tacky Putty " , " Blu-Tack ". "Poster Putty " , " Loctite Fun Tak "
