The way you dismiss the Gamecocks with the 12th toughest schedule but then argue for Miami because "the committee will take into account who you play" is laughable. SC's 3 loses we're all to ranked teams, LSU was on a bad call and Bama barely survived them at home.
If their job is to pick the best 12 teams in the country right now then SC is on that list.. period.
Andy Ari is a douche. Imagine watching Sellers and our front 7 and just outright dismissing us. There isn’t a single team that would wanna face us in the playoff but no one is scared of Bama
They lost the head to head to Alabama
@@justonrobinson757several weeks ago and since Alabama has proven themselves to be frauds
SC loss by 24 at home, ain't better then Miami
@@555125kevinMiami lost to an unranked Syracuse… stop it
Your logic is that South Carolina would be better off losing to a worse team like Vanderbilt and Florida than to ranked opponents!
Possibly if they beat more highly ranked opponents.
Exactly, it seems everybody will bring up the ole miss loss, but completely turn a blind eye to an ugly loss to a subpar Oklahoma team just 2 weeks ago
@@thomasfrederick71they have beat more ranked teams than ole miss has played
@@thomasfrederick71possibly if you grew a male reproductive part would your comment would hold some weight but since you obviously have discredited South Carolina then let me inform you that we beat one of your teams you like to defend. #10 Texas A&M 44-20!!! Wooo!! Beat a previously top ten ranked Missouri ranked at #23. Beat a #12 Clemson at Clemson. Lost to your other possible team Alabama at Alabama by 2 points!!! That leaves your only other possible team that you’ve sucked off every player being Texas. Who had the 36th toughest schedule in the nation compared to our #12-11 hardest schedule which is really actually harder than that. Yall lost to Georgia who lost to Alabama. Who barely beat Kentucky by 1 point we slaughtered Kentucky. Kentucky beat Ole Miss which was our other loss. And Georgia Lost to Ole Miss so if Texas actually played other difficult teams then maybe they would have a higher Strength of schedule having the worst strength of schedule in all the SEC. Don’t bother responding I’m not gonna read it. You have been scorched go do some push ups.
@douglashall1423 yeah I know that’s crazy. We beat 3 ranked opponents. Almost beat Alabama and LSU. We beat 2 teams that beat Alabama by double digits. We beat Kentucky who beat Ole Miss. Ole Miss Beat Georgia. I mean I could for for days. I’m going to go ahead and stop. These two guys who made this video are the worst people who make videos for this channel. JD Pickell is carrying them on his back like LeNorris Sellers has the Gamecocks in the Clemson game.
Do you not see what you're saying? You say that South Carolina is out because they lost to Bama but Bama lost to Vanderbilt and a bad Oklahoma team badly and less then 2 weeks ago. South Carolina smoked both of those teams since they had a 2 point loss to Bama at Bama. If we're looking for the best teams then the one who reeled off 6 straight against some really good competition 10th, 25th, 21st, 12th, when they played, wins of the one who beat them at home by 2 months ago before they was exposed by Oklahoma who South Carolina had recently smoked. The only competition here is who can spin things because South Carolina is a better team than Alabama today and they are better than LSU who the officials gave their win to. South Carolina is a 10/2 team. I do not care who ignores that. It's the freaking truth and honest fans know it.
Good argument but they had a weaker schedule n lost to Alabama. They did good but they came a lil too short too late
They're 9-3 overall. 5-3 in the division.....
Still lost to alabama and still didn't beat georgia
So how many weeks do you get to claim your wins as an argument before it expires like Alabama’s win over you expired?
None of that yap means anything. SC lost to bama that’s end of story.
Bama lost to Oklahoma. They had 1 SEC win all yr until bama. Unexcusable this late. Plus no touchdown.
Touchdown was not honored. Just saying …. It was a bad call
@@CurbBlurbswas it as bad as calling 2TDs back because of a nonexistent PI and a QB dramatically flopping on the ground? That's how LSU won
They way yall hating on the gamecocks is crazy bama and ole miss have bad loses way worse than Carolina put some respect on the gamecocks 6- game winning streak
Problem is they BOTH beat Carolina...
@@bamafan423 And Northern Illinois beat Notre Dame, and Kentucky beat Ole Miss, and Vandy and Oklahoma beat Bama. South Carolina's 2 point loss in October to Bama in Tuscaloosa before they won 6 straight.South Carolina would have beat Bama then on a neutral field and South Carolina has improved where Alabama was spanked just two weeks ago by a bad team. That 2 point loss to Bama barely matters any more than Notre Dame's loss the Northern Illinios considering what the teams have done since then. Oh also, South Carolina is a 10/2 team and everyone knows it even if ya don't admit it. Officials gave our win to LSU.
@@bamafan423 That's not a problem as that is not the important criteria of the CFP. All those other factors are bigger and more important. Georgia beat Texas. WHY IS TEXAS Rated so much higher than Georgia all season long??? By your logic that doesn't happen. Because your logic is moronic.
This dude is a South Carolina hater. 6-0, 4 top 25 wins in November, beat Oklahoma and Vandy by 50 points who Bama lost too…but let’s keep pretending this is the Nick Saban bama teams . Bad losses and having zero Momentum have to matter
head to head should matter too, 27 is more than 25, tough
Don’t forget they took an L with Ole Miss too. They can’t jump 2 teams they lost to. Shoulda coulda woulda.. They lost and that’s it.
@Officialralphsinatra they make it so hard on themselves h2h is the biggest factor they have the same record plus nearly the same resume except they don't have marquee win

But if h2h isn't important, what's the point of playing the games if you won't take them into consideration. Last season people argued Texas had to be above Alabama because of h2h, so now this season h2h isn't important?
SMU isn’t in the conversation unless they win the ACC championship. South Carolina hands down over Alabama. SC lost to Bama by 2 points on the road without their quarterback. Alabama has some really bad losses, and fewer wins over ranked teams than SC
sc had their qb , sellers played the whole game and still they lost in regulation. bama > sc , head to head matters and is the deal breaker for teams with same record

@stevescott3735 Exactly
I also can’t tell if you guys are joking or not about SMU, in the scenario where they lose the ACC championship. They will have lost to a Clemson team on a neutral field. The same Clemson team that South Carolina beat in Clemson
On top of that, SMU would have finished the year with 0 wins over ranked teams. Which is 5 fewer than South Carolina. The only way you could consider SMU over SC is if you throw strength of schedule out the window. Which is silly. You guys are silly
Totally agree!
@@bgrogerclearly ranked wins don't matter nor do terrible losses against unranked teams. The only thing that clearly matters is plain win and loss numbers and if you're a big brand people will make the case for you

I think your logic is sound and unbiased. My team should be undefeated and the team I want to be bad should have 0 wins. God your version of college football is fun even if it’s dumb
Bama beat Carolina but also lost to two unranked teams the Carolina beat soundly on the road. Bama couldn’t get a TD on OU
Actually they did.

Completely ignored the LSU loss by South Carolina when they did not have their QB in the second half of the game. There is precedent for the committee taking that into account. Plus, out of Ole Miss, Bama, and South Carolina, South Carolina losses are way better than Bama and Ole Miss.
sec stole the bid from SC the day they played LSWho
South Carolina is ranked #13 and better than Miami. Because Miami is ranked #14 and that's why.
If they put Bama or Ole Piss in over SC they just picking the easier team they think those western teams can beat.

Early in the season. After SEC banned faking injuries Ole Miss hasn't looked that good @@HealthySkepticism777

South Carolina will be the 12.
I don’t think any conference runner up should be in. You win you get in let’s get back to what makes college football great. Why is nobody bringing up that we could possibly watch Texas and Georgia play three freaking times. That is not why I wanted a 12 team PO.
My view is, automatic bids in first, and the best remaining teams ranked on who the committee thinks would beat everyone ranked below them.
Y’all can say all you want. South Carolina will get the number #12 spot. College Football is rigged if they don’t. Don’t be like the NFL. Another WWE.
The only problem is, the 12 slot doesn't actually get into the playoffs. 😔
TN should host instead of OSU.
+ SMU should get in even with a loss in the ACC title game.
OSU vs Michigan -20.5 at home
Is a worse loss than
Arkansas vs TN -14.5 away
Smu loses and gets in with an incredibly weak schedule?
@ They are top of ACC and will most likely be 8 in the rankings. They have said themselves that they value teams that make their conference championship. 11-2 over 9-3
@_ccross so we are ok with a two loss team that has zero ranked wins being considered the best 12? Guess it depends on how they lose. I think the acc gets one but could be wrong
@@_ccross I get that but where’s the value in the schedule??? They don’t have an argument for that. Miami, SMU, Clemson TOGETHER don’t have 1 win against a ranked opponent. How pathetic is that!!!???!!!!

If you don't think that SMU will beat Clemson then I say that's crazy. Because South Carolina will be in the playoffs if SMU beating Clemson and then I will like that. Yeah if Oregon were to play Clemson then who would you think wins that game? Because I'd say Oregon for sure.
Bama strength of schedule better than South Carolina… head to head Bama won while playing a bad game…Bama beat Georgia, South Carolina lost… Bama hands down
Bama SC SOS is insanely close unless you’re counting 10-2 Mercer. Bama also got curb stomped by a bad OU team late in the season.
@@neilp8902Sc also got blown out by ole miss and lost to a bad lsu team that alabama destroyed.
As a lifetime Bama fan, graduate and former baseball player I would rather Bama not make the playoffs this year. Even though they can make a strong argument they should be I think they would learn more by being left out than they would learn if they were allowed in despite their inconsistent, lackadaisical performance all year long.

Who else should get in?
Exactly who down the list other Then Sc is getting in ole miss out no one else has a chance@JonJones1776
@@JonJones1776Miami
For everyone saying Gamecocks should be out because of head-to-head... I'd agree if h2h was all that mattered. The other consideration is current form. SC have been on fire for the whole 2nd half of the season. If you're picking the best bubble team right now, it's them. And not due to chance either, it's due to them having a 1st-year starter at QB who needed some time find his form, and that form turned out to be mf'ing Superman. SC's losses were all early season; Bama got smoked by Oklahoma a little over a week ago. Ole Miss have a better case than Bama, they did just lose to Florida but at least they were in that one. And they're the only team to beat SC convincingly. It should be either Ole Miss or SC.
Speaking of LaNorris Sellers, Gamecocks are 10-2 easy if he doesn't get hurt at the end of the 1st half against LSU. He was torching them up til then, two rushing TDs and about 200 yards between ground and air. LSU barely squeaked by after getting to play the whole 2nd half against Sellers' backup, and having what should have been a game ending pick-6 called back cos Nussmeier chose to run bravely toward the post-INT action, then turned into a possum from a hit that would not get flagged for anyone but a QB.
I know, I know, every team has an "if only..." sob story. But the committee demonstrated last year with FSU that they're willing to judge a team differently when their star QB is out. Well, we lost that game cos our star QB was out. Can Bama or Ole Miss say that about any of their L's?
(Watch the committee sidestep all this and just hand it to Miami for having the better record, even though they've got at best 2 quality wins and both their losses are very recent.)
Bama finished strong as well outside of Oklahoma… blew out the tigers in a night game @ Death Valley
Delt with auburn easily
Blew out mizzou
There losses to Vandy and Tennessee don’t look good but they were close games that came down to the wire, they were also both away games
Lastly the head to head matters a lot to the committee
SC should be ahead of Bama and Ole Miss regardless of the head to head. What you've done for me lately is what matters
Ranked wins are worthless apparently. So are terrible losses. Play cupcakes and don't lose
But very obviously the only thing that matters the most is if you are a big brand and people will find excuses for you. And put you down if you're small team
They beat two teams Alabama lost to poorly! meaning South Carolina
Alabama should be out! Question: If this is a invitational then their in! Or a playoff selection out
Head to head matters and SC fortunate to not play UGA this season.
@derekhines1078 No, they didn't but they also didn't have bad losses to Vanderbilt and Oklahoma....... 🤔🤔
@@rogerwscott8308 it’s interesting that SOS that SC is 15 and Bama 17. Only UGA’s 3 is better among teams in the playoff discussion. On the Game Contol analytic Bama is 5 and SC 9. So very close to each other that’s why I think the head to head will matter. Obviously both of their SOS way ahead of SMU and Indiana.
Fr@@rogerwscott8308
So an early season close loss to a top team is more damaging to SC than a blowout loss in November to a bad team? Idk…
You guys literally defended A team by saying “if their losses were to Georgia, Ole Miss, and Tennessee then it would be different”… SCs early losses were all good teams!?!?!
Dude on the left is trying to will no more SEC teams in.. he argues against himself over and over
I’m in a minority, but I would prefer a 6 team
Sec only playoff. And the sec expands to 9 or 10 conference games with 2 or 3 out of conference games that basically serve as exhibition games.
#1 I care more about playing other sec teams. I would like to see my team keep its rivalries games, rather then be stuck in a system that rewards Notre Dame and guarantees them a home playoff game at expense of sec teams
#2 the current playoff format is a bad deal for sec. It favors ND and BIG teams bc they will always have weaker schedules that consist of teams that rank poorly in recruiting rankings
#3 the sec seems to get penalized more for losing games. And scrutinized more for
Winning close games.
Makes me sick to put shitty MWC teams in a playoff with 20x better teams. Make their own title game. Whoever gets them game 1 is a cake walk to the quarter finals. Giving lesser conferences the same nod over teams that would likely trounce them from other conferences will never sit right with me. South Carolina would dog Arizona state. Arizona state plays South Carolinas schedule, they’re a 4-5 loss team.
I know people dont like alabama but it is what it is on how things played out 😂
Bama also truly lost to Vandy and Oklahoma. No Bama fan actually believes they're good enough this year
You're happy to accept brand favors. I wouldn't be.
It's NOT about liking or not. I love Bama, and almost always pull for them. BUT THE FACTS ARE THEY LOST TO TWO UNRANKED TEAMS, AND ONE OF THEM VERY RECENTLY BY 21 POINTS!!!! THOSE THINGS MATTER. BAD LOSSES ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS GOOD WINS. BAMA HAS TWO HORRIBLE LOSSES. THEY ARE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! SOUTH CAROLINA DOES NOT HAVE A BAD LOSS. EVERY TEAM THEY LOST TO WAS IN THE TOP FIFTEEN OR TOP TEN AT THE TIME. SO HEAD TO HEAD DOES NOT MATTER FROM SIX WEEKS AGO.
@@AquaStevae they are not bad teams they are bowl eligible teams and south Carolina best win is Clemson while Georgia is alabama and ole miss

Cant do SC over bama or Ole miss. They lost head to head. Also lets not forget who brings in the most money and views? Alabama. Bama vs ND at ND is a HUGE game. No way they dont do that lol
Are what point would Bama or Ole Miss head to head over SC be overshadowed? They both have horrible losses and Bama s was late in the season. Head to head, early in the season, gets overshadowed if the winner starts sucking late.
I’m sorry this is one of the worst coverage teams I’ve seen, I don’t think I’ve ever seen them right in anything, and they always drop the absolute WORST takes. Get these guys outta here
Smu gets to play its schedule and you still yell ide put them in.
That Georgia win by Bama is not as impressive now
Give these other teams Bama schedule & you will see why we are the better team.
ESPN SoS has y'all 10th, Gamecocks 11th, Rebels 18th. Not exactly a gulf there. The only obviously undeserving team is Miami.
SOUTH CAROLINA PLAYED A TOUGHER SCHEDULE AND DID BETTER!!!! SO DON'T HAND US THIS BULLSHIT.
SMU is better than bama.
I might agree with that. I mean Bama just lost bad to a bad Oklahoma team. I don't know how Bama fan aren't ashamed of them being ranked above the Gamecocks but they apparently don't care.

Ari, you are losing credibility by the second. Please start making sense.
SMU would get in as 10-2 over 9-3 SEC team? SEC vs ACC 8-3. ACC is trash.
This final spot has to come down to Miami or SC. Bama got blown out by a 6-6 team and Ole miss has a common opponent with Miami (Florida) and 1 more loss. SC lost to Ole Miss and Bama. Just put Miami in
Miami has been overrated all year
All Andy can talk about is Northern Illinois.. bro get educated
My head hurts ….
Boise State has 80th hardest schedule in the Nation. They rank South Carolina at 11-12 or something but I beg to differ think theirs is closer to 4-7 if not even higher than that.
3:36 these two idiots are complete fools who hired them. Put JD Pickell back on. I’m about to never watch this channel again over their ignorance and lack of knowledge.
You’re talking about ONE RANKED WIN!! 1!!! That’s hilarious. Boise State or UNLV win they will have a win against 1 RANKED TEAM THIS SEASON. South Carolina didn’t make SEC Championship and they have 3 wins against ranked teams. In their last video the loser on the right said we lost to Texas A&M and we actually beat a then #10 Texas A&M by double digits. We beat a ranked Missouri. We beat #13 Clemson at Clemson. I haven’t made it but 3:37 seconds in and I’m tripping already. Who hired these guys???
put sc in!
MIAMI???? We are not still talking about MIAMI?! They have been barely beating unranked teams all year and now they have 2 bad losses. They barely deserve to be ranked let alone make the playoff. Most fraudulent team in years😂
Since when is a 3 loss team better than a two loss team
Strength of schedule!🤔
When the two loss team doesn't have a ranked wins and two losses to unranked teams. Like miami
This is a bot. No one is this stupid
Are you really stupid enough to ask that question. It's always been a possibility for people who have an IQ bigger than two digits. Your question is so stupid, it makes me think your belt size is bigger than your IQ. All schedules are NOT made equally. Can you understand that. When team A, plays ONLY one ranked team all season long, loses to that team, and plays cupcakes the rest of the season ONLY losing one more time, THAT IS NOT NEARLY AS GOOD as team B, who plays SEVEN RANKED TEAMS, beats FOUR of them, but loses by less than five combined points to two of them, and one other ranked loss all season. Now, if you STILL don't get it, then you are just too simple to reason with.
Head to head games matter. Lets not forget last year they wouldn’t put Bama in front of Texas because Texas beat Bama. Bama is in. #RollTide
H2H does NOT matter UNLESS ALL ELSE IS EQUAL, and all else is DEFINITELY NOT EQUAL. Bama and Ole Miss killed themselves with TWO LOSSES TO UNRANKED TEAMS!!!!! SC has NO LOSSES TO UNRANKED TEAMS!!!! AND BAMA'S LOSSES ARE RECENT. How the hell does a 21 points loss to an unranked Oklahoma two weeks ago NOT MATTER???????? You sound like a fucking homer imbecile!!!
Why does Ari hate Boise State so much. Every argument he makes, he either has Boise losing or he simply disregards their record, their schedule, etc... and jumps Big 12 over them. He doesn't do this with UNLV.
Because they have played NOBODY!!!!!!!!!!! And that's a good reason. Why reward a team who plays a pathetic weak schedule??? It's moronic.
Miami not deserving.. they are out

How can you say we should keep out a team with their ONLY LOSSES TO TOP FIFTEEN OR TOP TEN TEAMS, TWO OF THEM BY TOTAL OF FIVE POINTS, THEY PLAYED SEVEN RANKED TEAMS, BEAT FOUR RANKED TEAMS AND ENDED THE SEASON WITH SIX STRAIGHT WINS, THE LAST GAME A WIN AGAINST #12 IN THE CFP POLL????? @ Because both Alabama and Ole Miss beat that team. I don’t care when it happened, it happened. I’m sorry but you can’t erase that. These three teams are just too close together and too intertwined. None of them should be in.
Boise would have 1 loss on the road by 3 to the #1 team in the Country and would have 2 ranked wins which be the same as Arizona State and more than Iowa State. They win they get the bye
How stupid can you be to fabricate BS schedule, when it's easy to just look it up. Boise St has ONLY Played ONE RANKED TEAM ALL SEASON LONG, and they lost. There are NO RANKED WINS!!!! THey played a pathetic schedule and shouldn't even be in. Almost ANY Team in the SEC or B10 would destroy them.
Y’all sitting here acting like Bama is 7-5 and awful with no shot of winning a playoff game and it’s moronic
Well considering that they lost to Vandy and just got BLOWN OUT BY 21 last week to UNRANKED Oklahoma... Yeah, they are awful, and no shot of winning.

But alabama lost to Oklahoma last week. By 21 to a team sc beat 35-9. They also lost on the road to vandy, who again, sc beat by 21. Mizzou is apples to oranges as bama got drew pyne and sc got Brady cook. The h2h is negligible given it was two points at alabama. That doesn't scream definitely better. If bama gets in it's because bama always gets the benefit even when they have to constantly change the criteria to get them in. Just like last year
