Are class B’s generally more reliable than the larger RV’s?I’m looking to buy one currently and all the RV nightmare stories i’m hearing have me postponing that purchase.Pleasureway seems well built and im looking at an Entegra expanse as well, both on the ford chassis.Anyone have experience with these?
IMHO, as the owner of a Winnebago Travato, they are generally more reliable only because of the fact that they are smaller/simpler and have less systems in total to break. No slides for example. It's a steel container so less likelihood of roof problems. The systems I have - well, let us say "problematic" is being nice. Novakool refrigerator thermostat/fan/AC control module replaced. Replaced first Coleman air conditioner because it was loud. Next Coleman Mach 10 - bearing failure - replaced with a Houghton 3400. Automatic steps failure - replaced with running board. Hitch wiring didn't work. Exhaust fan frame cracked at 5 year point. A few minor plumbing issues because W doesn't do it the right way. I tell newbies not to buy an RV if you're not looking for a part time job. On the plus side, the Truma Combi heater/furnace has been wonderful! We're glad we bought it 8 years ago because we've done things we never would have without it. Two cross/round country trips. Toured most of the National Parks and camped in 46 states. The camaraderie in the van world is a huge plus too. Have met so many wonderful people at meetups. It's been incredible. 110K miles now. I'm kind of glad I didn't know how much work it would be before I bought. Might not have done it.
I have a 2023 Pleasure Way on tour band. 81 days traveling last year and not a single thing has gone wrong. Can’t say the same thing about any RV that I’ve owned in the past specifically any RV that was built in Elkhart, Indiana. Fortunately, the pleasure wave vans are manufactured in Canada.

Please review some smaller travel trailers, such as Casita, NuCamp, Scamp, Little Guy. I'm looking to downsize my trailer so I can downsize my vehicle, but still want rigid sides and toilet/shower inside and kitchen inside. Any particulars unique to smaller campers to watch for?

Ok, I'd bet my grandmother's dish towel that this thing has no where near 14000 Ah of battery capability. I think you're quoting Watt-hours. On a 12V system you divide Wh by 12 to get Ah => ~1200Ah which more like it. Given how you promote yourself, I think such distinctions should be made. It's important. The fridge has a 12V DC compressor that is 10x more efficient than running a gas-electric fridge on electric, another important distinction you did not mention regardless of the manufacturer. Just sayin'
The Gree ac is supposedly really efficient & quiet from what i see & hear. I. Hope so, because we're picking our Grech Turismo-ion up next week. 😅
Really appreciate your videos!
