- COME WITH ME TO NEW YORK FASHION WEEK! This is my first time going, and on top of that... I’m playing hooky, have no idea what I’m doing, and going all alone!
My first day going (Feb 8th), I went to E! style lounge (!!!), I did a shoot with @elleportt, went to a Rebecca Minkoff presentation, saw a runway show..... but I don’t want to give it all away- see for yourself!

Love seeing this! I haven't been to NYFW since 2013. I used to love going. I was an IG "influencer" back then and got invited to so many shows. I think it was right around when they all discovered they could benefit from getting that coverage on social media. My friend and I would go to NYFW, LFW and Stockholm Fashion Week and it was such a big deal. The networking I was able to do was crazy and met so many people! It was truly special for someone like me not coming from a fashion background (I did study merchandising/buying in college at the time tbf) and I had no idea social media could take me to all these places. Crazy times! I kept doing LFW until like 2015 cause it was my favorite one. I don't really attend any FW anymore cause I'm not as active on social media but yeah, good times! Just wanted to share.
I've been following you for years and appreciate your travel vlogs a lot. You come off as very genuine and kind and I love that about you. Have a great weekend!
