    definitely in Djokovic's top 3 most significant or noteworthy slam title wins, not in order but i'd say top 3 are
    AO 2012

      Nah man, this one is great, but his most legendary match/moment is AO2012. That was a timeless moment in history that will live on forever.

    • @joshforde698
      @joshforde698 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@multiplemike5021 That final will go down alongside the 08 and 80 Wimbledon finals, but generally we know that Djokovic owns Nadal on hard courts. To beat Nadal at Roland Garros then to come back from two sets down in the final two days later, for me, is his best achievement. Though I admit you can't discount 2012 AO, five sets against Murray on Friday then the longest final ever on Sunday.

Due to health reasons he missed FO 04, 16 and 23 which is ~15% of his roland garros attempts. Not really that "whole". Also he played while being health compromised at 21 and 22 editions. • @tilmayne9780
      @tilmayne9780 2 ปีที่แล้ว +41

      Nothing in particular. Was just the accumulation of a lot of pressure and an important fourth set before meeting nadal in the next round

    • @SidGolan
      @SidGolan 2 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      He wasn't screaming at anybody. The scream was him relieving pressure as Berettini had stepped up his level towards the end of the 3rd set and in the 4th set and Novak was aware that if the 4th slipped he might lose the match. It is incredible pressure, especially after winning the first 2 sets considerably easily. Right up to the final point it was really tight in that set so when he won he just let go emotionally.
      Next time you think a player is screaming AT someone, try and understand the context of the match to figure out why it happened.

      @@itsGrigol yes, this was the reason. There was a curfew and the stands needed to be emptied out. It took some time and disturbed the play. When you are in the zone (this applies to both players) the last thing you need is a lengthy pause. With Rafa, in the semis, it was literally the French president who allowed the curfew to be broken as they played a phenomenal match and any interruption would have affected it. Smart move.

    • @nemanjaristic2170
      @nemanjaristic2170 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's hard to say what he said when he missed the first match point against Berrettini, but he certainly cursed and used the expression BRE, which we Serbs use, and there is no adequate translation for it in English. The closest to a good translation of the expression BRE is as if we were addressing someone with: "Hey; You; Man. At the end of the match with Berrettini, he looks into his box and loudly screams: "Sta je bilo bre?" which means "What happened or what's happening (man)? - asking them like they are too quiet or too scared after that tough 4. set" and then he loudly said "Idemo bre!" or "Let's go (man)!".
