@@FitzgeraldStanburyWeissV LPL and LCK teams have salary limits. Ruler and Kanavi take up the majority of the salary budget and it makes JDG unable to recruit top players for Top and Mid lane. Last year JDG was able to have their dream team because they violated the salary budget and paid fines. Yagao is good mid but not top mid. This year JDG didn't even have the chance to go to MSI.
