Nice job. My own philosophy with my restoration KZ750 is to aim for a clean, rideable bike, nothing too fussy, just to remove the grime and do the best job I can with simple tools. I cleaned my carbs with carb cleaner and a toothbrush. Your pot soak seems like a good idea.
Really like your videos, what did you find was your optimal setting for the carbs with Pod Filters, jet sizes idle screw turns and neddle position, I am just in the middle of doing this myself and it would really help :) thanks
