Great episode you should of gone for the quickie quick Baler it's faster and if you put the rear hitch on it you can put the auto load trailer on so you can bale and collect at the same time
That would be wonderful. Since I'm hoping to set up a lot of greenhouses in this series, this will come in handy to keep the repetitive daily chores down.

Good choice on wheat. I don't use course-play because honestly, I'm not smart enough to use it. I just do two to three laps on the headland and then set off a worker.
Courseplay can be very fun, especially on a huge farm. Nice thing about it is you can use all of it or just simple features (like I use it). There's lots of good "how-to" videos on TH-cam. But yes, without courseplay, I do the same as you with the headland. Sometimes the normal workers are better than the courseplay ones. On FS19, I would use courseplay to do my headlands, then stop it and switch to normal workers to do the up/down stuff.

lol I call it the fastbale all the time too. the giants one is the fastbale, the real life one is the fastbale. the quickbale is just some numbers tweaked fastbale. we knew what you meant lol
Yes sir! I tend to watch fs series while I play the game myself. It's always fun to see people do things I wouldn't, I love the organic growth that empty maps give people. Everything is unique to you the individual.
After all the years that course play has been available, im astonished that it hadn't become a default feature. The default healpers are iffy on odd shaped fields and in regards to editing, it cuts down on all the time switching back and forth. Unless you want to start pulling short time-lapse stuff like on the mowing. But more editing that way.
I agree 100%. It should be base game with Autodrive built in as well. I use it all the time when I'm not recording. I think my dilemma is mostly rooted around the fact that consoles don't have Courseplay. I'd like to sometimes play "like console" to mix it up.
I view Courseplay as a worker micro-manager. Farm manager tells the worker exactly how he/she wants the field work done. "Hey Worker A, I need you to do two clockwise headlands, then go up and down north/south. Turn on your beacon when you're full and I'll come out with the trailer to unload. Also, keep an eye on Worker B who will be cultivating behind you. He's terrible at his job and you really have to be ready to move out of the way. I wish Worker C wasn't on vacation!"
If you play in the mod file for the tractor you should be able to decrease volume i have upgraded speed on my favorite tractor mind you speed a bit harder

I could add a front windrower or even better, a swathing mower and do everything in one pass! Just need a really powerful tractor to power it all.
the blue water tanks will auto fill the green house. they dont need water, then make there own water. just place and forget about watering.

You can use course-play. But not all the time, perhaps.
I will use it situationally. Primarily to plow/cultivate in new fields when I buy new pieces of land.

Course play do not bother me. I use it too, and it is a great tool to have, even though it still misses spots here and there.
