第一個公式是用在"一個論點"的題目
舉例來說Why do you want to be a teacher?
1. 選一個主旨句當作開場句
2. 舉1-2個故事或經驗支持你的論點
3. 一句固定的結尾句
主旨句像是：
I want to change lives.
我想要改變生命
I want to make a difference.
我想要有影響力
I want to have an impact on others.
我想要對別人有影響力
I want to improve the quality of education.
我想要提升教育的品質
I want to give young people the best start of their lives.
我想要給年輕人，人生最好的開始
I had a student who had depression due to his parents divorce. He felt guilty of their separation and wanted to commit suicide. I felt sorry for such a young soul feeling abandoned, so I kept him company every day whenever he needed someone to talk to. I persisted in letting him know that it was not his fault, and that he should never ever give up on himself. He saw that I was not giving up on him either. After several months, my student started to see the value inside of him and the possibilities ahead. With my trust and encouragement, my student turned negative emotions into positive strength. He attended several English speech contests and developed confidence again. I believe there is power in empowerment and mentorship.
我曾經有一位學生因為父母離婚而得了憂鬱症。他覺得是他害父母離婚的所以非常愧疚、想要結束自己的生命。一個這麼年輕的靈魂感到被遺棄，我非常難過，所以我每天都陪著他，只要他需要找人說說話，我都會聽他說。我堅定努力讓他知道父母離婚不是他的錯，而他也永遠不應該放棄自己。他看見我並沒有放棄他。經過幾個月以後，那位學生開始看見自己的價值，以及未來和夢想的可能性。在我的信任和鼓勵之下，他參加了很多場英文演講比賽，並且重獲自信心。我相信這就是賦能和教導的力量。

你的班級經營策略有哪些？

My classroom management strategies include setting rules with instead of for students, encouraging questions, and stimulating group projects. In my experience, students are willing to follow the rules set by themselves. On the first day of class, I always ask my students to write down class rules that they think are important to them. With further group discussion and questions, students can develop the sense and ability to respect each other through active listening and polite communication. Although it takes time to shape student behaviors, it is essential to provide a simulated environment for them to adapt to this society.
我的班級經營策略包含和學生們共同制定班級公約，而不是為他們訂定規範; 鼓勵問問題及小組專題。在我的經驗中，學生們願意遵守他們自己制訂的規範。上學的第一天，我就會問請學生們寫下他們覺得重要的班級公約。在進一步的小組詢問和討論中，學生能透過積極傾聽和禮貌的溝通方式，發展出尊重彼此的能力和感受。雖然形塑學生的行為需要時間，但給予學生們一個模擬的環境去適應社會，是非常必要的。
