I feel like that whistle at 5:55 is to the Pucker Whistle what the Tongue Flute (D-Low's Hollow Whistle) is to the Hollow Whistle. In both cases, all you're doing is just replacing the curve of the lower lip with an identical curve of the upper surface of the tongue. This is actually how I approached learning the Tongue Flute. If you're struggling to learn it and have already learnt the Hollow Whistle, observe the way the lower lip curls during the Hollow Whistle and try to match that curve with the front of the tongue exactly. Then keep the front of the tongue in such a position that it's at the same position as the the lower lip in the Hollow Whistle and letting everything else remain in the exact same position as the Hollow Whistle, exhale. Took me 2-3 days to learn it using this method.

What if we cant curl our tongue cuz im sure some people cannot curve their tongue because without curling the tongue we cant create a hollow hole , so i dont know if its gonna work

Can't tell.

You're not curling the tongue. You're just anchoring it to be posotioned higher in the mouth
