செய்முறை
1. முதலில் பாதாம் பிசினை தண்ணீரில் எட்டு மணி நேரம் ஊற வைக்கவும்
2. அடுத்து ஒரு கடாயில் சர்க்கரை மற்றும் தண்ணீர் சேர்த்து பாகு காய்ச்ச வேண்டும்
3. ஜிகர்தண்டா ஐஸ் கிரீம் தயாரிக்க ஒரு பாத்திரத்தில் பாலுடன் பால் கோவா மற்றும் சர்க்கரை சேர்த்து நன்கு கரைக்க வேண்டும்
4. ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் சிறிதளவு பால் மற்றும் சோளமாவு சேர்த்து கரைத்து அதை பால் கோவா சேர்த்த பாலுடன் கலக்கவும்
5. காய்ச்சி வைத்த சர்க்கரை பாகை இந்த பாலுடன் சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்
6. மேலும் அதனுடன் கிரீம் சேர்த்து அதனை ஆற விட வேண்டும்
7. இந்த கலவையை ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் வைத்து இரவு முழுவதும் பிரிட்ஜில் குளிரூட்டப்பட்ட வேண்டும்
8. தற்போது ஜிகர்தண்டா ஐஸ் கிரீம் தயார்
9. ஒரு டம்ளரில் ஊறவைத்த பாதம் பிசின், நன்னாரி சிரப், சுண்டவைத்த பால், குளிரூட்டப்பட்ட பால் மற்றும் ஜிகர்தண்டா ஐஸ் கிரீம் சேர்த்து பரிமாறவும்
10. சுவையான மற்றும் வெயிலின் தாக்கத்தை குறைக்கும் ஜில் ஜில் ஜிகர்தண்டா தயார்
