    WOW! What an amazing stone & so deserving of the wrap you gave it!
    Thanks for taking the time to go thru every little step! If you had simply breezed thru the process no one would ever be able to duplicate it! (Well, at least I sure couldn’t!)
    There are so many tiny steps to making this lovely pendant that, one could sure get themselves in a tangled mess & wouldn’t know if they should go backwards or forwards, wrapping or unwrapping??? 😵‍💫
    I couldn’t help but think about how my Mother would often read to us this poem at bedtime, about elephant who tried to make a phone call. The problem, however was that he continually got his trunk all tangled up in 🎉the spiral cord of the phone until, at last he had himself so tied up that he could not get himself free!
    I kept visualizing that elephant, while listening to you, and it made me pay much closer attention! 🤪 😘

    I had seen your original post on Facebook and voted for this tutorial. Thanks for making it. I know how difficult it can be to create a piece and video at the same time. It seems to add a bit of frustration at times for me at least so great job. I love the elegance of the silver one. This one did turn out a little busy but still nice and I love the stone. I need to invest in one of those polishing kits. It really brought out the shine and erased the tool marks wonderfully. I find myself using LOS to antique most of my pieces to hide blimishes but this is a great option now. Thanks for taking the time to create this tutorial.

    First time to your channel, glad to find you!!!. I recently viewed a couple of tut on how to make prong settings but neither one followed through any further, thank you for doing so. Very impressive how you set the stones, forgive me for saying that the embellishments (except for the basket weave) was not my preference, easy enough for me to say since I have never done it, yet. Hi! Thanks so much for this! I love these videos and I love Gertrude! I was wondering whether the wires that go between the two layers of framing need to be curled? Would this design work with straight wires for a simpler design or would it collapse without the friction in the curls? Hope you understand what I'm getting at... Take care!

    • @ZurickDesigns
      @ZurickDesigns 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It would look great simple for sure! I was experimenting with the wire by winding it down the side. I might cut it off still. Who knows! I’m so glad you like the video! That makes me happy 😊

    • @LucySwann
      @LucySwann 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ZurickDesigns Thanks for replying! In case I didn't explain well enough, I didn't mean the curly extras from the bail and down the sides. I meant the twisted square wires that jack the frame up. Was wondering if the structure would work if I didn't bend or twist them and just had them straight... Will try and find out:) Love your stuff!

    • @ZurickDesigns
