Not exactly tbh, but they are of the BO series fs. The most popular cod characters are from MW. Cpt Price is like the main piller of the series along with Ghost being one of the most popular cod characters ever.
@@abhrajitpaul6057 ghost? Really? I feel like the only "popular" thing about him is his mask, in the old MW2 games he felt like every other NPC with just a few extra lines. Woods had a significantly greater impact

Cold War had a great idea for a campaign, but I feel like they got it a little mixed up. Cold War didn’t need the amount of new characters it had. The addition of Adler and Park were enough to make something fresh. The addition of our silent, brainwashed, main character was also unnecessary. You could’ve put mason in a situation similar to bell, just tweaking a few things where he’s still struggling with the events from bo1. We still see him struggle with the numbers in bo2 so there’s no problem there. Playing as mason the entire story would’ve been a great return to form for the black ops series, but TREYARCH wanted to start this silent, nameless, protagonist trend that has no connection to the other characters of the game. You just feel so disconnected to everyone else in the story because your character has nothing to say, they have nothing in common with everyone outside the mission, and you just have no history. There’s nothing in the protagonist to like because there’s nothing there. This is also a problem in Bo6.
Wow, I take that back but this is like relearning American histories on War World II. Wows eheheheheeh, I laughing because for example in the year '1981', I was borned yet. lol
I’ve always considered Mason and Woods to be the ‘Ryu and Ken’ of the entire COD series.
