    Hello kuys Sherwin, kumusta ka po dyan sa Japan? nasama ba lugar nyo sa lindol dyan kuys?
    anyways po,grabe talaga yung anxiety ko din before way back 2022 and 2023, super severe kasi di na ako nakakalabas kasi sa sobrang takot, kahit pa puntang church nasa byahe ako nag pa baba talaga ako sa trycle kasi nag papanick na ako and grabe yung symtoms sa hilo, hindi maka hinga and negative thoughts and madami pa... pa balik balik ako sa hospital pina check ko na ang mata ko, ang tenga ko ang buong katawan ko kasi bakit nahihilo ako..but ang sabi ng doctor na healthy naman daw ako.... but now by the GRACE OF GOD in 2024, im healed and naka recovered na.. dahil po yan sa mga tulong mo sa mga videos mo, nakaka labas na at wala na pong takot, although may sometimes may mga malalakas na symtoms na lumalabas, yung hilo tapos yung negative thoughts talaga.. but kaya na balewalain kasi may knowledge na.. and now naka balik na ako sa realidad sa life hehe
    PS. sa mga nag struggle pa sa ANXIETY now. my very best advise kagaya ng paulit ulit na sinasabe ni kuys sherwin, don't fight the anxiety disorder, instead overcome it. puntahan mo mga kinakatakotan mo, gawin mo ang mga bagay na di mo kaya gawin dahil sa anxiety, dyan kayo gagaling... always challenge your thoughts and overcome it...

      Nice, alam mo sobrang proud ako saiyo. Masaya ako na naka tulong ako saiyo and nakaka taba ng puso na may isa nnmn akong natilungan harapin ang hirap ng Anxiety. Proud ako sayo. Ito okay naman ako dito mejo naramdaman yung lindol pero thanks God kse safe naman 😊

    Sir ano po gagawin ko sir coach sherwin. Namamanage kona po yung mga symtoms ko ng anxiety dis order ko po. Ang problema kona lang po eh yung mga negatives thoughs na lang na pumapasok sa isip ko. Tulad ng nasa isip ko eh mababaliw ako ganun sir. Ano po dapat gawin😢. Sana mareplayan moko sir. Thankyou po.     Ask ko lang po na normal lang ba na nagloloko ang BP ng taong may anxiety?? Habang nag bbp ako nagpapawis at nanlalamig kamay at paa ko pero Hindi Naman masyado nakabog ang puso ko mejo lang . Halimbawa nag BP ako tapos pag inulit ulit mo sya Ng ilang minutes lang pagitan pabago bago sya .normal lang ba un . ? Nag BP kasi ako una 132/84 mga ilang minutes inulit ko nag 121/84 , 137/83 then last 135/85 .. pero ung mga paa ko nanlalamig at namamawis kamay ko pero ung puso ko di Naman kumakabog Ng malala. Normal lang ba ung ganun ? Pag kasi pumapalo na agad sa 130 plus bp ko na aanxious na agad ako .

      Well normal na nag ffluctuate ang bp ng tao. Lalo na sa may Anxiety ung mannerism na paulit ulit mo chinecheck bp mo withing short period of time nag babago tlga iyan. Lalo na kse nattkot ka eh na baka mataas bp mo. Well ung takot na yan ayan ung nagpapa taas lalo ng bp mo.

    Hello kuya just want to confirm with you if meron k paren tinnitus? kase i am struggling with anxiety for nearly 6 months now hndi n po ko nag papanic attack pero im still having eyes issues meron ka din po nyan?

      Yes nakaka experience parin ako ng tinnitus pero mild nlang and commonly na raramdaman ko iyan kapag aobrang stress ako physically and mentally. Vision changes madalang nalang..
