Hello Victor, I checked the bottle, and it states only for cool seasons lawns, so it would not be recommended for your location. I'm not sure if they sell a product that will work in your area. I would go to a store in your area and read the label on the bottle and see if it states for Warm Season Grasses. Better to check first before you damage your lawn. Thanks for the comment.
The white flower weed is called 'hairy bittercress'. I would use 'Speedzone' herbicide on that.
