The white grout is gonna be fun to clean and stay clean. They should have gone with a darker grout. If you have kids you know what happens or pets. On the “Flex unit they could have added a door that slides and goes into the wall to make it easier on the new owner to convert into another living space. You didn’t talk about HVAC or utilities.
