You might be on to something with that idea of a brick and mortar smile more shop; it could be like an outlet mail for your older merch. Never ship a high value items that can't be replaced; Scan all the document pages so you have a copy and then send a pdf to the repair guy (no risk of losing the original copies).
Just wanted to throw an idea out there that maybe you could find a nice wall in the laundromat to set up a huge reef aquarium so while people are doing their laundry they can sit and enjoy the ocean
