Hey Phil! Even if a label is created, until any carrier received the package it is not in process. Whatever you do, do not close the eBay resolution case. If things do not get resolved, escalate it to eBay's resolution team. They will then have a live human being handle this case. That seller does not want negative feedback so they will work with you to get this resolved. I just don't understand why anyone would go through this much trouble to send a scam 100lb product and be out on shipping. The seller either had no idea and got scammed themselves or they're messed up. Don't worry though, eBay always sides with the buyer as long as you do not close the case prematurely. Do not trust the seller to resolve it outside of that resolution case. Most likely, they had no idea there was a weight limit to USPS because they sell primarily small parcel items like dvd's and cd's from what I saw last. Starting to think that Shaq smile at bestbuy is like the joker 😂. Let me know how it goes man. I have returns I've been avoiding to do myself. And a bunch of refusals of shipping with amazon that I have noticed I didn't receive refunds on. I've been avoiding it because it's such a hassle man now I know why you prefer just getting stuff in-store. I gotta stop buying things online it's not like it used to be with easy returns.

Another idea for Shaq, keep it! Take the money from the target return and get a new screen, and maybe a new PCB from A1up and you’ll be all set with Shaq in hand. Turn this bad experience into actually having Shaq in the house! Just a thought…!

Tough one. Your other option was keep the XL cabinet after negotiating a hefty partial refund, then use your deluxe pcb hooked to a buy stuff 19” monitor. Still, marketplace will bring you luck eventually.
I wouldn't write eBay off for good, it really is a case by case scenario. The thing I like most about eBay, is you can get that one thing that you're looking for that you can't find anywhere else. I've bought two cars a truck and a snowmobile from eBay all without a hitch, also a bunch of smaller items as well. If you ever give it a try again start with something small and see how it goes.

You're gonna have to call eBay customer service and speak with a live agent. Tell them what happened and that you need them to schedule a UPS Or Fedex pickup they will schedule it for you. I've been in similar situations and all you have to do is politely demand a pickup. Ask for a supervisor if necessary

I had ordered the Marvel vs Capcom head to head and it didn't come on the delivery date. so called and was told it would be the next day. this went on for a week. tracking showed it was at the Fedx 45mins away. Ended up that it disappeared and no one knew where it was. I did get a refund from Amazon and it got reordered. so it was 2 weeks from the day it was supposed to come. I was working out of town when it came and was limited to time off. I hope not to have to go through that stress again.

Ok so did the package arrived opened or was everything sealed up? If opened, then it's a UPS issue. Have you requested a refund from the seller yet? Ebay will step in after 3 days. Make sure seller pays for return shipping. Try not to do any transactions outside of ebay. Take a picture of the slice where it was already opened and send it to seller. Explain to him how it arrived, what it looked like. How disappointed you are. Give lots of details in the message. Let him know you don't think you should pay for return shipping since it arrived pre-opened and dead. But be polite. See what he says. Let the 3 days pass and ebay will step in. Most likely they will refund you and you keep the item if they refused to pay for return shipping. If they don't, go through your credit card company.

If it was a business, then they probably got scammed on a return and thought it was new and resold it. Either way, in this case I'm pretty sure after ebay steps in, they will side with you. One helpful tip is try not to buy from low feedback people. If everything is inside the box complete and only the pc board is bad, you can probably ask for a partial refund and keep it for modding. This other half isnt over 70 lbs...." This is why I almost never order anything online. Amazon likes to drop and run with my orders. I couldnt imagine having something expensive droped off sitting outside for anyone to grab and they would be like "Well, we delivered it." If I can't pick up something at the store I'll pass on it... I'm waiting on 2 games from ebay. I usually don't have problems with ebay but both of these games, from different sellers/places, both being shipped USPS Ground Advantage (terrible shipping) are both coming up as "Running late" with no idea where either item currently is.......or if they'll even show up. Just hope I can get a refund for both of them if neither show up. I feel your frustration, man.

I know they are worried that it’s not worth the shipping to send it back, I’m surprised they didn’t just refund me. I’ll go through eBay today
There is also a weight limit on UPS/fedex ground, I think it's around 180 lbs? Over that and you have to ship freight.

I usually don't have problems with ebay but both of these games, from different sellers/places, both being shipped USPS Ground Advantage (terrible shipping) are both coming up as "Running late" with no idea where either item currently is.......or if they'll even show up. Just hope I can get a refund for both of them if neither show up. I feel your frustration, man.

@@PDX7 Will do man. Yours is worse than mine though, i'd only be out maybe $100 between both games if they don't show up, but I totally get it man. It sucks paying for something and not getting what you bought or having it arrive broken/damaged.
