Sahih Al Bukhari… one of the greatest if not the greatest literary works ever produced in the Islamic world. Second to the Quran, Sahih Al Bukhari is the most authentically transmitted book although some have tried and failed to scrutinize it. It’s name carries so much familiarity that it’s so hard for any Ahmed, Muhammad or Aisha to go any lecture and not hear it being referenced. The same goes for our schools and homes. It’s that famous and relevant.

Salat-l-Istikhara is described in the Hadith narration below:
Narrated by Jabir bin ‘Abdullah: The Prophet salallahu alaihi wasallam used to teach us the way of doing istikhara (istikhara means to ask Allah to guide one to the right sort of action concerning any job or a deed), in all matters as he taught us the Surats of the Quran. He said, “If anyone of you thinks of doing any job he should offer a two Rakat prayer other than the compulsory ones
Istikhara is prayed , when a person has a decision to make , he is having doubts whether this decision is going to have good or bad consequences.

Humility and sincerity of imam Bukhari
Once Imam Bukhari was in the masjid and waited for everyone to leave so that he could talk to Mash'ar (who was a blind man). Once everyone left, Imam Bukhari began crying and begged the man to forgive him.
The man was shocked and asked: “What for O’ Abu ‘Abdullah?” So Imam Bukhari answered: “Once as I was narrating Hadith to my students, you were dancing at a close distance and I smiled because of this and I fear that this may be backbiting that I have done against you.” The man replied: “Is that all, O’ Abu ‘Abdullah? Of course I forgive you!”

The Hadith helped me convert to Islam actually, it's so amazing to me that Muslims preserved the Sunnah of the Prophet which is contained in these books.

yup, hadiths contains great ethics and wisdom of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. as Allah s.w.t. set Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. as a example for believers.
And Quran contains amazingly great secrets if we ponder (as Allah s.w.t. commanded) we will be just amazed by this miraculous Book of Allah.

I cried at the end. This was an amazing video and I really appreciate everything that was put together to help us better appreciate and understand Imam Al Bukhari. May Allah have mercy on him and forgive him and allow him to enter Jannah. Imagine the reward he's getting from everyone learning hadith by opening his compiled books and the amount of rakats he prayed in his life to make up any mistakes he had in his fard prayer, subhanAllah.

I feel the younger generation is coming back to their religion, at least in my circles.
Younger generation are asking question and leaving islam cuz it does not have an answer to it

But he was Tajik -Persian not Uzbek
I never really took the time to learn about Imam Al Bukhari [RA] unfortunately. He is such an amazing human being with a photographic memory Subhana Allah. The Muslims are descendents of the greatest people in history Subhana Allah.

His Books are unreliable
I always use to hear imam Bukhara in lectures but never knew anything about it and now after learning about his life and the importance of him and his Hadith’s I have a lot more love and appreciate for him so jazakallahu khayr on continuously educating us it’s really appreciated!! ❤️❤️may Allah reward the team behind it always Ameen.

Sadly, this statement is completely out of bounds. Your initial thoughts are more correct than thinking a man made book can be elevated to such high standards. A book, with proven flaws, has been given such a high status is a tragedy. Allah knows best.

Perhap the irony in my statement could have been expressed more clearly.
Unfortunately a lot of muslims give the books of bukhari and muslim almost divine status. They could literally swear by it just like chritians swear by the bible.
No man-made books, collections or works can ever come second to the Qur'an. Period.
The funny thing is no muslim will admit that any of these other books ARE divine but they will treat them as such anyway.
