    I do this everyday in my bed. Not joking tbh. The end of my bed is perfect to get my hands on. Weird but true

    Surprisingly, a helpful video as to how to do this, although these are called "Dragon Flags" and not "Dragon Flys" however, they need to talk about properly bracing your core, as if you don't, you can really hurt those muscles.

      Why flag? I think it should be called fly.
      Can you explain why do you think that it is flag?

      i think it was called dragon flag because its Bruce (the dragon) Lee's variation on the human flag. Human flag or human flagpole is a gymnastics movement where you extend your body outward from a fixed bar and you resemble a flag.

      +ViiRaL Too much arms & trap, not enough strength at your core and glutes. Try the modified version.

      How is this the core's fault? It's not like there's a no-arms progression of the dragonflag. You HAVE to use the arms to anchor in this move.

    00:58 is cringe. There's no benefit to going "all the way up" like she instructed. Look at the curvature of this guy's spine. Imagine trying to do a front lever with your back bent like that. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep doing this for long enough and your back will be destroyed.
    Another example of crossfitters choosing to carry out exercises in the most damaging way possible
