Did your rice cooker pull up the inside pot a bit every time while opening too? Trying to figure out whether mine is broken or not.

@@skykitchen867 they don‘t have a number in my country so I asked this question on one of their TH-cam videos, but they just referred me to customer service instead of simply answering the question and potentially helping other people with a similar problem.

So you buy a rice cooker because others had it, and you return it because others had a problem with theirs. Why don't you have the backbone to try for yourself? The Korean would be out of business if they had recurring issues with their appliances

Paid over four hundred dollars for mine. It looked beautiful on the counter. Two weeks later the machine went cuckoo, with the digital display dimming and the voice going "SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" so loud and shrill it sounded like a smoke detector going off. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and it was dead. Returned for a refund. When it worked right it made wonderful rice! Bought a Aroma professional plus for only $50.00 that works three times better than this thing. Great video thank you for posting.
