Paid over four hundred dollars for mine. It looked beautiful on the counter. Two weeks later the machine went cuckoo, with the digital display dimming and the voice going "SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" so loud and shrill it sounded like a smoke detector going off. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and it was dead. Returned for a refund. When it worked right it made wonderful rice! Bought a Aroma professional plus for only $50.00 that works three times better than this thing. Great video thank you for posting.

Hi there, You might want to record the tutorial again and get light from behind the camera (key) facing the talent so the dark shadows don’t dominate ‘cause I couldn’t see the details of what you were showing us and lower the volume of the music.
