Mein aap logo ka blog everyday follow krti..bahat achha lagta hai dekhneme kaise aap ek dusre ko help krte ho,manage krte ho both office and home. Soniya bolte huye suna ki wo hay fever i.e Allergy Rhinitis se suffer kr rhe hai.mujhe raha nhi gaya mein allergy Rhinitis se suffer kr rhi hu almost 1.5yrs.now its becoming pathetic. Please Soniya give me some idea how to cure blocked nose at night. I have taken every possible measures,taking homeopathetic medicines but still not getting permanent relief.

You are awesome parents. This is a phase for Shorya. Just enjoy the moments. I had two boys, it was really wild days. Now they are grownups my home is quiet and I miss those days.
Just a little suggestion when you buy shoes for kids take the one with velcros, they can wear by themselves. They feel independent.
You can paste bigger size of family pic on that wall.
My son is right now 17 year old but he was same to same like saurya, these days are so memorable for whole life.

Sonia for your hay fever,drink fenugreek tea.Use tea tree oil..you take may apply straight away. Eat cloves.Dry roast cloves and grind them. Make paste with clove powder and apply it on your forehead before going to bed. Put some ajwain in a sock,heat with iron and apply on your nose,neck...
