I moved a clump of Agopanthus from my late sisters garden and they're in a big pot and look really healthy but do I need to cut the stalks down as the dead heads are still green .When they turn brown can I cut the stalks down then x thanks .
Hi, there are a few things you need to look at: what variety do you have? If you have an evergreen variety of agapanthus it may have been too cold for them over the winter. Make sure they are soil that drains well. Make sure they get plenty of sunshine, and feed them well with a liquid fertiliser. Follow the instructions on the bottle and don't overfeed them.
Thanks for that as I have some
Thank you David very informative

@daviddomoney thank you so much, I think they are not getting enough sunshine, so will move them to a sunny spot.
Will deer eat agaphanthus
Deer will tend to avoid Agapanthus.
Thank you!
