It had to be electronic disco Because he’s a robot man from the 80’s who’s supposed to be modeled after dr.gero’s young son,but it doesn’t sound evil because he really wasn’t he just had one directive and it was to kill goku,but he went against programming and became a gentle giant,that’s why the theme gets calmer. He loved nature and wanted to protect all that was beautiful,even willing to sacrifice himself to save the planet,a truly great example of a good man. Plus I’m sure he’d love it.

This theme has grown on me, and one of the main reasons is because of how it fits Android 18's theme.
In base game, every "hero" has a rock number while every "villain" has an orchestral beat. The only exceptions are the ones who align with no one of the main groups (Hit is from U.6, Buu is just chaos incarnate, Goku Black is still Zamasu in a hero's body, and Nappa was Vegeta's assistant before Frieza's).
The numbered androids, prior to Ranger 17, use electric guitars + synths to represent both being mechanical beings and eventually becoming good. What's more, their themes transition from synths to electric guitars, representing their shift from chaotic neutral to neutral good.

​@@deyontemyers4109Building him again would require finding whatever pieces of his head stored his personality, memories, etc. Since they didn't know they couldn't just revive him, no one had the foresight to grab it before it was likely destroyed in the Ssj2 vs Cell fight that followed.
Even if it didn't get destroyed, finding it would suck, since it could've gotten blown away from the explosion. There could've been a copy of his data in Gero's lab, but that's also big destroyed, unless they force Trunks to find the plans in the future.
