Its very helpful how you show the notes using one finger first, then we can visualize what you're doing when you actually play it. Thank you, I can't believe how quickly you managed to explain this!
Hey man, I'm really struggling with this song, primarily with the part with the transition chords. Is there anyway you could post a vid where you play straight through the progression? With a scratch vocal if possible.
Great lesson! Not got guitar in hand but will be re watching this later with the guitar until I get it! Love layers version of this tune, actually prefer to the original
You can see everything he does, stop wanting to be spoon fed every single note, this is how you learn and grow as a musician. Great job Remi, thanks for the lesson.
When a random guy sitting on his floor gives better lessons than any professional TH-camr 😍... sound exactly like the live Chicago show Mayer did
InstaBlaster
you comment made me start youtube agai=) its my favorite comment to this day, so thanks so much, means the world to me
First person teaching this on youtube that is actually playing it correctly and not the way they think it should be. Nice job!
On the 7th fret hammer on, try pulling off from 6th instead. I don't know if that is what John does, but it sounds so very very good haha
Thanx dude
Simply simply lovely

key of Gm*
Your really good but you move way to fast and are not in depth about finger placement or where to pick.
Just listen
I think he goes very in depth
And you can just rewind always- it’s a pretty tough song to figure out so don’t get too down on yourself if you don’t get it right away

Condescending
very nice but makes it impossible to learn without tabs.
barak levy no that’s how you learn...dont need tabs. Pros don’t use tabs
Jackson Muralt we're not pros, jackson
user98 ya learn scales and stuff don’t learn note for note you won’t improve at all
Learn pentatonic shapes. In this case, Gm. It makes it a lot easier and you will actually improve. No need to use tabs.
Great lesson, thank you.
