I've been thinking this ever since I saw the guy. True he is a bit less..enthusiastic than Shang and all but it does also fit him. Like, he IS mysterious like the dark side of the moon, and moves swiftly, and can throw a punch. and he is a tough instructor and harsh judge. The whole reason he is such feared teacher is that he expelled people he thought weren't suited for the job of hero and he said a variation of "You're unsuited for the rage of war, pack up" to Izuku before he was proven otherwise later. and he does take his job as teacher seriously and wants them to be ready for the more brutal aspects of hero work so all in all this fits and I just adore this video .

@@TheCanary. he was prepared enough as he was, otherwise he would’ve exploded when he first used it. The problem was that All Might never bothered to teach him properly how to utilise the move Deku would later refer to as Full Cowling
Yeah, honestly the fact he was a string bean before his OFA training was more a reason he couldn't be a hero than his lack of quirk. Aizawa Vs any villain with a mutant quirk (which he therefore can't erase) proves that.
