Great video. I have a 2002 ace 750 that is leaking fluid from that little breather hole best seen at 10:32 on the black wall next to the far left bolt connection hole on the clear side (not painted) located on the right side of that bolt hole. Do you know where that little hole connects to ??

just another bolt for the jug to be bolted down it would be in the cam area insde the valve cover

@@MichaelWittner Thank you for your reply. I was told it is a passage for the water to drain out from the spark plugs area being sunk. Is that correct ?

Was looking through letgo and found me a 50 dollar VT750 not sure if its an 85 but the guy ended up lowering the price to 40 along with some frame parts from another motorcycle

What year is your VT750? I've got an 83 that needs a piston. Thanks.

i spent $600 to have my .50 oversize duplicated with new rings just honing not going to last. not the way to do it. not being stright cyl is going to tear the rings up quick jp will make an oversize piston i'm the only one that has the one .50 piston for duplicate. the manual says best if you can not.................. to split the case!

thanks for the comment , I've honed a lot of cylinders and put new rings in with no issues if there is no major scoring on the cylinder walls, also we bought new jugs for the bike this is still on hold at the moment
