Indian style lamb stew in a pressure cooker

This is my version of indian lamb stew. I think it comes quite close to what you can get in Indian restaurants. If you know some main points in indian cousine, please write in comments.

Resepti suomeksi:
Lammasta
3-4 tl Garam masalaa
1tl kurkumaa
1t jauhettua korianteria
himpun verran chili lastuja
1-2tl raastettua inkivääriä
3-4 valkosipulia
2tl suolaa
2 sipulia
1½-2 tlk tomaattimurskaa
öljyä paistamiseen
lime mehua (jos tarve)
sokeri (jos tarve)
