Ingredients:
White Sauce

Greek Yogurt:1/3 cup
Mayo: 1 cup
Water: 1 tbsp
White vinegar: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Dried parsley: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Let it chill
Chicken Marination
❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️❇️
Chicken thighs: 2 lb
Minced garlic: 1 tsp
Dried parsley: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Cayennes pepper: 1/2 tsp
Dried oregano: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Adobo seasoning : 2 tsp
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Plain yogurt: 2 tbsp
Marination time: 30mins-12 hrs
Hot Sauce

Tomato: 1
Minced garlic: 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper: 2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
Dried red chili: 5 pcs
Dried minced : 1 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
White vinegar: 1 tsp
Blend them together.
Yellow Rice
❇️❇️❇️❇️
Butter: 2 tbsp
Onion: 1 cup
Basmati Rice: 2 cup
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Red chili powder: 1 tsp
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Water: 2&1/2 cups
Cook for 5 minutes in high heat
10 minutes in low heat
Salad
❇️❇️❇️
Iceberg lettuce
Tomato
Red onion
Pita bread
Cooking : 40/45 minutes
Serve: 6/7 people
Calories count: 900 per platter
