Instead of Denali D4 you could check Mad dog Alpha which costs almost half than D4 including harness and all. That light also has a spot and flood beam setup.

while mounting the lights upside down, the issue is the spread lenses are up and spot lenses are down, so you don't get the proper beam pattern as opposed to the natural mounting orientation.
baja designs come with such lenses which can be rotated to solve this issue in any orientation we like to mount them. and they are powerful too.

If you are traveling in UAE every 30km you will get fuel station so no worry but one thing there it's left hand drive you might come across that experience traffic rules very strict lots cameras fitted on road so take care good luck I have stayed 35 years in UAE
