At least for me, even with a special stat of 120, it wasn't enough to use infinite combos. The cooldown was not enough, but you can use it even if it's not special 150. As long as you can use infinite combos, the stats don't really matter, I mean. This is the recommended stat. Anyway, thanks for watch and comment
