At this rate I'm going to have to sell one of my kidneys so I can afford all the releases because this is absolutely amazing I love how you are pushing the boundaries with your libraries Rob I can honestly and safely say there is nothing on the market quite like what you are doing and its a breath of fresh air. Keep doing what you are doing Rob because this is amazing!
I've never bought a digital instrument library before, but this video appeared in my feed and it sounded amazing. Have my money. Played with it for an hour last night and I'm really impressed. I love the human feel to it, having access to separate sections and mod wheel control over the vowel sounds. I'm inspired.
When I saw the announcement: "Ah, cool, but I don't need another choir library" Halfway through: "Oh, right, this is actually a bit special isn't it.. but I still don't really need..." When I heard the Textures: "DARNIT WESTWOOD THIS IS TOO GOOD I AM SOLD WHERE DO I BUY THIS" (oh, yeah, on the website) Stunning work. Thank you.
Great work guys , this sounds so beautiful, there’s a very natural unprocessed tone to this whole library when playing chords in the ensemble modes it is so clear and crisp I love it
I am very picky when it comes to choir libraries. I am especially intolerant of bad legato... always easy to spot. This sounds pretty fantastic, I must say. I like those choir libraries where you feel like you can almost touch the singers, if you close your eyes. This is one such library.
I have to say you guys have been knocking out amazing stuff since the beginning with the untamed series. Bravo! I can't wait to see what the next Novella will bring.
Sounds fantastic. I love the smaller size and raw intimacy, especially considering how so many choir libraries tend to go for a huge "epic" sound, so this fills a nice niche which I didn't have before.
Well... you seem to have captured the humanness of the human voice for the first time I've ever experienced. Are you planning to do this with larger ensembles in the future? The legatos and waves are simply magnificent. I can already imagine layering these over some of my other inferior (but much larger groups) libraries to add the humanity that they often (always) lack. I was just about to purchase a new guitar that I can't afford. Now i think I'll buy this which I can't afford. :) This is truly great work. Congratulations.
Absolutely beautiful vocal sounds… Is there a way to just control the ensemble choir so that it doesn’t veer off the notes that you’re playing on the keyboard? Seems like you’re just holding your hands on one chord, but the notes of the singers are changing; not sure.
Yes, that is just the Episodes articulation that does that. You have standard longs and others. You can see more on the product page: www.westwoodinstruments.com/instruments/altchoir/
That improv legato is what every choir library legato is always missing. Seems like a great balance of character injected to remove a lot of that "choir library" sound.
To be clear, I can play this in the traditional way - where I play a chord and only those notes are played? The movements/improvish notes are an additional expression? Sounds beautiful but I prefer to be in complete control most of the time.
@@WESTWOODINSTRUMENTS Yes we should, other companies such as 8Dio have introduced this feature in some of their libraries. Let’s add this in a future update, thanks!
@westwood love your breathtaking libaries and have most of them But i am sad bout it that you went from 40% intro sale to 30% intro sale and with this libary you say 30% but reality is 25% (209/279) Thats not a good trend :(
Thanks for answer Hope you come back to 40% intro in future...dont get like sa Stay custumer friendly Really love your products and cant waot to buy novella 2 also Greetingd
Are you seriously sending people marketing mails about something you're not telling us what is, thinking that stealing our precious time and attention in this manner is gonna result in a positive outcome for you? Make great products and they'll sell themselves instead of these cheap marketing ploys that only reveal that you see your customers as tools for your money machine.
It’s a business and, based on the quality of their products, a passion. Nothing they produce feels like a cash grab. Maybe enjoy a little mystery instead of being a whiny little bitch about it.
@@lifebysenses That certainly is a true, though completely irrelevant, statement. Obviously I chose to invest the time to perhaps avoid having to either delete many more of the same kinds of mails in the future or opt out from getting them altogether - which would sadden med as I like some of your products. I wish I could say the same though about your attitude ;) If I were more relaxed than I am I'd probably shit my pants my friend. Perhaps you should relax and take the message as a testimony to the failure of your marketing strategy instead of telling your customers how to feel, considering you're not in the business of psychotherapy ;)

@@suneasmussen2650 Hmm, ok... Well, if you want to stay on that 'vibe', be my guest... You are always free to do so 🤷♂ Just gonna make it clear that I do NOT represent or work for Westwood Instruments, I'm just another user of their libraries, just like you (or almost). Peace 🙂

The improvised legato at 9:33 is simply amazing. Bravo!
Always fab to hear another library from you folks.
Thank Reuben!
Definitely would use this

Stunning. A choral library everyone needs, without a doubt!
Excellent work, thank you. 😃
This is the vocal library I’ve been waiting for! One of the top developers for innovative and functional sample libraries
Thanks so much!
Absolutely breathtaking!

Brilliant as always! Instant Purchase!
It's amazing how everything seems alive. Each voice reacts in a distinct and organic way.
Congratulations to everyone involved. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿🇧🇷
realism sounds promising
I have several vocal libraries. Still, this one tempts me.

Sounds stunning
Sounds incredible! Gorgeous legato and the waves are so beautiful and emotional!
Yeah Rob and Westwood Instruments Fam 🙌 you know how to take the regular and obvious…and make it…well…ALT!
Extraordinary!!
My goodness this is so riveting the voices pierce your soul what a moving instrument!
Outstanding!
Very impressive im really liking what you create rob and all at westwood always nice hearing what your doing 👍
Beautiful work!
This sounds incredible.
Want! Need! Sounds absolutely fantastic!!
More rotor like stuff? Hope so.
Be really cool if we had key switches. Fingers crossed!
There are key switches, you need to activate them
Awesome!
It sounds gorgeous! And I think it will go really well with Origin (which I love)
Congrats on this one: A very interesting and well-executed idea! I just find the range of some instruments a bit limited, but it's really amazing!
awesome sounds
Absolutely 🔥
Sounds great. Out of my price range, but nice work.

Very good . I wish you can make a version for users that dont use kontact player
Just bought this. Beautiful! What are the CC number for Vow?
You can right-click the slider and have it learn any Midi CC parameter from there. :)
There's an immediacy to the patches and a wonderful realism as well. Sounds great!
Sounds absolutely fantastic. With the long waves, do you have so if notes are added in, they follow the first notes or chord in the wave?
Not at present but definitely something we can look at for future updates!
@@WESTWOODINSTRUMENTS Thanks!
What are you controlling with your left hand when it's not on the keyboard?
Hi Charlie, that's a Nuances Controller, you can find them here: nuancescontroller.fr/
It looks like the vowel change there's 3 sliders on the screen that change when his hand moves
Adding chapters would be great for navigation
Good luck! Whatever it is, I’m sure it’ll be very useful and very interesting.
it all sounds very good, thank you.. but i just checked the price and i think it's a bit expensive.
I mean your hiring a choir and spending the time to actually mix and make everything work in kontakt .. not everything can be 10 bucks bub
What is that device on the life side with the 3 faders?
Please see the full list of gear linked in the description! :)
AhhhhhhhhhhhhhhHHHHHHhhhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhmazing
What's the controller youre using in this video?
Please see the link in the description, we have all the gear listed there :)

Just curious if you’re able to move between notes from waves (arcs)? Let’s say you’re playing a C sus chord (CFG) then move the F to E. Thanks!

@@WESTWOODINSTRUMENTS Yes we should, other companies such as 8Dio have introduced this feature in some of their libraries. Let’s add this in a future update, thanks!
Can you tempo sync the waves and all other articulations?
They are not tempo synced, but the waves were recorded at 105 bpm. I hope that helps!
@@WESTWOODINSTRUMENTS ok thank you!

bom demais, mas infelizmente muito caro pra nós do br

Amazing but also massively depressing. No skill involved from the user, process of creation over. Welcome to a world of bland, souless vocal sounds.
