I didn't even know what a Yellowtail was when I first got to Key West & a local said Why ya throwing those fish back & I said they weren't big enough. He laughed at me b/c I was throwing 16" - 20" fish back in but I thought they were too little. After that the man came and bought fish from me 2-3 times a week. Yeah, you've got proper gear for each style of fishing you do & I grabbed the Aerated Live Bait cooler so I can build it. That's a good DIY build. peace man
Been to the Keys several times over the years but never fished these bridges. This is great content. Great place to wet a hook. You guys are having a blast!! Nice!!
I’m going to need you to get a second property in South Florida 😂 cause i’m loving the south Florida content! Thanks for letting this fellow Tulsa guy live thru your salt water content
I fish this bridge several times a year would love to meet up with you and do some fishing. Just started my own page and you e been one of my inspirations!
Haven't fished off the bridge there yet. Have fished several places nearby. My problem with fishing is I always wanna jump in the water, lol. ~Panzik Artistry
Yes sir it was a Spanish mackerel,,it has oblong yellow dots not straight ,he called first the yellowtail snapper a yellow jack,, blogger,,get to know your fish,,,Bermuda chub sir,,!
That was a damn good video. You getting bit by the mango was hilarious and it made me wonder if that rock fish was going to stab you. lol. You could easily target those tarpon with a live mullet or goggle eye during the day or a pinfish at night. The mangos are a lot bigger at night on live pins.
Can't wait to see it. About to subscribe. Sometimes in the evenings an hour before sunset you can walk a live pin in between the bridges and get one to eat but they rarely will turn down a gog or mullet. You can stick 20-30 in a single night with pins though! Wear a red light and you'll see their eyes light up and use a spot light once hooked. Would make for some epic footage. I'd toss you some gogs if I was still down there. They have to be caught at night past the reefs edge. Timing it near a full moon is ideal for the tarpon
You are too dumb to realize all these comments just help the channel, i will try to keep you going all day. I appreciate your support and helping the channel grow🤣 Genius
We’re you using an app to identify species and regulation for size? I am heading to the keys from southern California next month and looking for info on fish species and regulations. Thanks
For being the lawless tide, I've never seen a fisherman complain about getting fish shit on them, let alone get bit by a snapper! You must not be from round here?!?! Anyways, I like your channel. Maybe I'll see you on the bridge one of these days. You have a new subscriber.
That was a spanish. Ceros have distinct horizontal dotted line going the length of the fish, center of body.
Yup and that's actually funny because i've never caught a Spanish Mack down there, but def. was a spanish and not a Cero.
