@@MrZomg17actually, after cupping you shouldn’t shower or bathe for at least 3 hours or more.
This will allow the tissue to begin healing and help you avoid inflammation.

i have had it done a few times and for me it feels like your skin is being pinched a little bit but not that painful overall. the pinching is stronger for me when i have more pain, but it’s never been really painful, just slightly uncomfortable. but it’s worth it - the feeling when the cup is removed is AMAZING and it really helps with muscular pain relief for me

Yep us massage therapist use cotton I get why you thought it was charcoal cause it gets black maybe she didn’t add alcohol which is what I usually add so that it lasts much longer ( nope she did add alcohol) but yes the cotton does get dark after a while
