No it bugs and doesn't count. Sometimes it does. But the helicopters literally disappear and the enemies fall out of it dead if you blow it up at Strongholds. Yet sometimes it works at Strongholds.
@@BoveeBaby hi I found the solution just do survive missions were bots came from helicopters and destroy it with normal guns not rocket launchers it worked for me like in the video

Note: the helicopters that spawn at mercenary strongholds dont count. And the joker launcher makes this ez

I'm doing delivery missions and driving back into the garage. It just floats above the garage shooting the roof.
The cargo missions do count?
I don't think it counts as a reinforcement helicopter but I might be wrong....
